Bryan Nelson embodies genuine, trustworthy, hardworking and kindhearted customer service. Over the past month, he has gone out of his way to advise me and help me navigate out of a terrible experience with another HVAC company, and what’s incredible is, never did I feel like he was pushy or greedy or even motivated by the sale. He has been, at every step of the way, just a good guy and I’m so appreciative of his time and efforts. I 100% turned to Total Comfort for the purchase and installation of a new A/C unit because of my experience with Bryan, when he expected he was just giving me general advice he wouldn’t ever cash in on. And maybe he wouldn’t have! But when I needed another, better option, it wasn’t hard to think about who I wanted to work with. My install went flawlessly and now, after an excruciatingly long time without A/C (thanks, Apollo HVAC, for ruining our relationship), I am enjoying again the perfect cool I once had. I’ve worked in sales/customer service for 12 years, and exceptional experiences do not go unnoticed for me. I’m keenly aware of what good customer service looks and feels like, and I am so happy. Thank you! Get this man a raise. When people value the relationship over the sale, I swear it pays off.

After asking friends and neighbors for recommendations for Heating and Cooling companies to replace our failed AC, Total Comfort came out as a favorite. After an examination indicated that repair was not the best choice, Brad Pekarna came our house, looked over the existing systems and came up with a recommendation, price and financing options. He was very helpful and his approach was problem solving, not pressure tactics. We arranged an early installation date and the crew arrived on time and fully prepared. Ryan, Joe and Tony T. Worked quickly and efficiently inside and outside (in 90+ degree heat), always answering my questions and explaining the new system. They removed all the old system components and installed the new as the day progressed. They did a beautiful job with a lot of skill and a lot of work. A very pleasant team of young professionals.

Leonard Beavers installed a humidifier into our new furnace/AC system yesterday, the final component to complete the job by Total Comfort. He did a great job, was very friendly and cordial, answered all my questions, told me what he was going to do, did a masterly job, cleaned up and then thoroughly showed and explained the various controls and how to change settings. We are very happy with his work. I can confidently highly recommend Total Comfort as a company and Leonard personally to anyone needing heating and/or cooling repair or replacement.

I had a 3 head mini split system installed. The sales rep, Dan Strack, did an awesome job. He went through several setups and price ranges. His quotes were higher, however, the system was better and there were rebates to lower the price. Competitors bids were less but they included undersized systems and lesser brands. Our installer, Scott Koshiol, was very pleasant and kept us well informed. The project was done in one day and looks very professional. Lastly, he took the time to show us all of the features and how to operate them.

We have received your professionalism and dedication during your work. Arrived on time for the appointment as well as ensured the exact time to completed the process. Thanks James and Taylor for helping to tried to expanded the space in the room and clearly explained everything that ensures the comfort and safety of my family.Thanks Jonathan for explaining about finance and offering many options as well as useful advices for us.

From the morning call until the job was complete, Ryan was a high communicator along with very knowledgeable. He along with Jeff and Adam installed a new HVAC system that was old in our house. Not only did the installation but made modifications to ensure future serviceability. I always am weary of HVAC systems given their cost and complexity but do not hesitate, just go with Total Comfort.

Just had Total Comfort, through Home Depot, install a new Carrier Furnace and AC. It was a big crew of John, Liza, Ryan, Tad, and Taylor. They were thorough, efficient, and professional. I’m pleased with their work and would recommend them.

I got 6 quotes on my HVAC system replacement and total comfort was close to price competitive with other companies quoting lower quality equipment in my opinion. The quote was more thorough and complete than most. The install team (Tony, Dylan, and Adam) was professional, quick, and they cleaned up well when they were done. I always advise multiple quotes for this type of work, but a quality install is the most important factor in determining longevity and quality of the system and you won't be disappointed with total comfort. Make sure they are on your list to provide a quote for your job.

We had a complete HVAC installation done. Extremely pleased with the installation and the guys were awesome. On time, got everything done in one day and they were very clean. Never would have known they were here. Glad we chose Total Comfort for our project! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Total Comfort. They are so professional and courteous. I called them late in the day and they were out pretty early the next day.
