Awesome responsiveness and honest owner! We called on a Saturday and Will, the owner, knew it would be extremely expensive to get the part on a weekend. Recommended we wait until Monday morning. AC fixed by 1000 Monday morning. Will was wonderful and thorough. Total Comfort will be our go to now!

He came on time and was very professional and did a wonderful job installing our new central air. Did a beautiful job making it look perfect and cleaned up after himself and was very informative about everything I asked. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a high quality professional. Very pleased with his work.

Wórked with Will over the phone on a Relay I added to interface my furnace with my Wood Boiler. He answered all my questions and walked me through it perfectly. So, when I was ready to add an A/C unit, I called Total Comfort back. I wound up hiring Will again and was completely satisfied with his work, communication and responsiveness. Our air conditioning went out on Thursday evening. Frantically I messaged Will at 6:45 am Friday morning, afraid we weren’t going to be able to find anyone to come out quickly. We received a call before 7:00am, Will arrived by 8:00am and the unit was up and running by 10:00am. Cannot tell you how grateful we are!
