Service was fine. Tech took payment right away after service. 6 months later I got a notice to pay invoice or get sent to collections!!! I had the receipt saying it was paid, sent it to them. They said they don't have it and threatened collections. The Manager was very hostile, and put it on me to prove I paid, even with a signed invoice from their service person. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to work with customer to resolve issues. I even agreed to pay for the part as a compromise to either an error on their part or their process. Still insisted it was my fault. SO I MAY HAVE PAID TWICE FOR THIS SERVICE just to avoid a bad credit rating. Sometimes smart people just have to cut out losses and pony up. The way I see it, I have a dollar a day review to right...so I will try to warn others for several months in order to save you all the hassle this company creates.
I would never recommend them or call them again. They installed a new furnace with April Air humidifier in March 2020. When they left the April Air was not working and there was no furnace filter slot installed. When I called, the lady at the front desk lied and said the April Air was my furnace filter. That is a lie and could have reduced the life of my new furnace significantly. After talking with the manager, he agreed to send the installer back out to complete the job and get the April Air working. Not only bad work but we were lied to directly. Dishonest and will never have my business.
They installed our HVAC systems as a subcontractor for our home builder. Thankfully we've had our systems serviced by a company that actually knows what they're doing. Original install was missing components, and now the AC has a severe freon leak due to installation problems. Was told that any existing manufacturing warranty to cover these issues would be void based on how poorly everything was installed. The house is just a few years old. They also somehow managed to go $2,000 over budget on the original install. Apparently incompetence pays well.
Just rediculous dealing with them they have no clue what they are doing. Especially the person taking appointments customer service and knowledge is not the strong suit. They were supposed to call me back twice never did and then showed up to my house without the material needed. Let's just put it this way I have never worked on HVAC before but I know more than they do. Do not ever use them and I will tell everyone I know not to either.
Too bad you can’t rate a company with negative stars. Had this company when i built my house years back. Had to have a different company come in and fix/replace everything. Close friend is now dealing with them and having the same issues. All this company cares about is the money in their pocket... they have no care about doing anything correctly. Cost over $4000 to fix the crappy work they did.
