Bens Air Duct Cleaning

The whole experience was strange. I called the number to schedule and was charged $59 for a membership to “Premium Home Service”. I was scheduled for Friday between 8-11am and received a call at almost 11 saying they could not make it. They said they could come Monday at 2pm but they didn’t get there until 3. The bill was $1264 which included my 10% off for my membership that I mentioned earlier. I didn’t have options. I was just told they would be doing a deep clean and sanitizing and some other things. I was surprised by the price. The service men were nice but I just didn’t get that professional feel. Also, the company I was told to write the check to was Capsi, Inc. and not Bens Duct cleaning. Just not the experience I expected.

I would recommend Bens Air Duct Cleaning, they did a great job on my air duct cleaning and dryer vent replacement. The technicians were very professional and polite. They called me 2 hours before, asked me if they can come early. They explained everything before the process, worked quickly and efficiently. The cleaning by Bens Air Duct Cleaning was very thorough. We just moved into a home that I suspect hasn't had its ducts cleaned since it was built about 30 years ago. Which means never. The crew did a great job and were kind. They even put in safe guards while cleaning to make sure the house wasn't damaged by the vacuum tubing. They used vacuum suction, compressed air, duct whips, and deodorizer/disinfectant. Did I mention they were able to fit us in, short notice, the day before Christmas. Overall it was a great experience.
