Nicolet Heating & Cooling

Our boiler went out on a late afternoon, I called Nicolet and they were out to our home within an hour in a half. Very professional on the phone. The service tech and owner came out. They were very knowledgeable on everything and respectful. We decided to have our 30+ yr old boiler replaced. The crew came out, they were very courteous and did a phenomenal job. We found our new Heating and Cooling company, We highly recommend them.

My existing furnace went out to start the season. It was 28 years old, so I decided to get a new one. They came that night to provide estimate, and within a week had a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They had good pricing, were right on-time, and provided quality work. It was a very positive experience for sure.

My requested service was the installation of a high wall outlet. Mr. Campbell was knowledgeable, professional and provided outstanding customer service.

Highly recommend! They sent someone same day to my parents house to service the AC unit. My father has heart issues so we couldn't risk having the AC go out when its 90+ and humid going into the holiday weekend. These guys put that worry to rest, and that is something you can't put a price on. Great guys, good rates, and gave us a quote for a new one. Since this one is 20 yrs old, they will get that business from us next spring. If you are shopping around for heating or cooling services, put them on the top of your list!

We used Nicolet HVAC to replace the furnace & central air unit at my Mom's house in GB. We got 6 bids, 1 bid was cheaper, but I just didn't trust that guy. Some companies we didn't use were nearly twice as expensive for systems that weren't rated as well as the Ruud we picked. Leif (owner) came in & did a thorough evaluation of our current system by asking all the right questions. He was very knowledgable & didn't have any high pressure sales tactics like some of the others. The work was done on time & professionally. The install site was very tight & they made it work. They came back in spring to check the central air unit was working as expected. All in all a really great experience!! I highly recommend this company!! If you don't get a bid from Nicolet, then you are likely going to pay way to much.

I made an appointment to get my furnace looked at over a month in advance. The day of the apt came and they never showed up. They even sent me a reminder the day before reminding me about my appointment. I called them and they told me my apt had been moved. They never called or emailed me about it. Needless to say I will never be going through this place again.

Excellent customer service from the initial quote all the way through the installation. I cannot say enough about Nicolet Heating and Cooling.
