Dave and Dempsey were great start to finish. Awesome customer service. And Dave stayed at my house for as long as necessary to diagnose a complicated problem with my HVAC.

Outstanding service I call at 8 am and Tim was at my house by 1pm. He troubleshot my AC down to my disconnect within 15 minutes and had me up and running within an hour. I was notified with a text while he was on his way over. I can’t say enough it just was 1st class service. When I have my new air conditioner installed I’m going to have Dempsey energy do it.

My AC failed in the middle of the afternoon. I have asthma it was important for someone to come as soon as possible. Dempsey showed up first thing the next morning and the technician was outstanding and helpful with information on how I could minimize AC failure in the future. They are now my forever AC company for trouble and cleaning!

Boiler went out Christmas Eve afternoon. Super convenient timing. So I knew I was out of luck until Monday. I called the company I had previously spent a ton of cash with installing a new furnace at my old house. They told me a week. Called a few other places who all told me to kick rocks.
Found Dempsey Energy and they were able to come out same day.
Tim was awesome and took care of all my issues.
When, I replace the boiler in a few years (hope it makes it that long) Dempsey Energy will be my first call.
Can't recommend highly enough.

I called this company on the merits of the reviews. At first they were very kind so I initiated a service call to my Bridgewater house . The Air Conditioning Unit was not working properly. I spoke with NICOLE. My initial call was great and arranged a service call. I was never told the price of anything. I assumed they would let me know before they charged my card. 1. Never assume anything. On the Friday before the service call my credit card was charged 300.00. I called and questioned them and they said (not sure who I spoke with) that is for the service call on Saturday. She also said she was SORRY that Nicole never told me. Ok so the service call and cleaning of the unit came , i was not present at the house, but people were. There was no communication with myself or the technician. But I did not receive an email with the estimate for repairs to the unit until I called and left a message. Ok the estimate was higher than i had to spend so i was going to shop around for a better price. On the Wednesday after the service call my Credit Card was charged another $99.00. ( Nicole told me that was for the service call when I finally got through to the company ) After trying to get through to them without success, I emailed them and then got a phone call the next morning. Was unable to receive call so I called back, after several attempts and a FULL MAILBOX I got Nicole on the phone. I tried to explain to her my situation and she immediately became very offensive and argumentative with me. She told me in my initial phone call I stated “I don’t care what it costs I just want it fixed”. Ok come on who is going to say that to a company that they have never done business with. ?????? Nicole also told me that she has a recording on me saying that! Ok Nicole, send me the recording and i will take this review down. I very seldom write a negative review, but I could not let this go. Nicole was rude to me and stated “what did you want services for free”? Are you kidding me, I worked with the public before and even if the customer is wrong you keep your cool!! Nicole was yelling at me. I hung up the phone as she was screaming at me . I would love to speak to the owners of this company. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE .

If I could give them zero stars I would. Dempsey Oil/Energy was assigned to our claim through American Home Shield as a second opinion. Against our better judgement we allowed them in our home. We were pressured to accept a quote that was higher then what they ended up submitting to AHS (we didn’t accept). After calling AHS they then put me back on the line with Crystal who proceeded to be extremely argumentative and another woman (im assuming Nicole) in the background repeatedly told her to “just hang up on her”. I can’t wait to see the snarky rebuttal they have to this review but trust the reviews don’t allow them to work or set foot in your home. Im disappointed AHS trusts them as a vendor.
