I had an excellent experience. The representative that came to my home to do the work was very professional, proficient as well as helpful in explaining what he had done regarding my issue. As far as I was concerned, with the information that he shared, he went above and beyond what I have seen from other companies so I was very appreciative! Excellent customer service!

Best experience ever. I called Dempsey on Friday to fix a mini split that was not running and the tech Joshua Castro came on the next day and fixed the issues within 2 hours.

I hired them to come repair a leaky faucet. It took so long for them to get here (days) that my faucet exploded and flooded the house. I had to have the house torn apart and dried for days. I called to inform them that because of an emergency that was not in my control I had to cancel. They still charged me $99 for canceling the appointment! They did not show, they did not do any work, and the wait caused even more damage. This is how you do business? Charging for doing nothing? I called and canceled as soon as the event happened because they could not come. I wanted them to! I called and they said that was their policy! Their policy is to rob you for not doing any work? I can see the argument that they could have been at another job and I took their time slot, however they were so booked that was not the case either. I wanted them to come but they couldn't. What choice did that leave me? Not fair! Do not do business with companies that charge you bogus fees! There are plumbers out there that do not.

The team at Dempsey Energy were fantastic from start to finish! From the initial technician visit, through the ordering and replacement of my system. They were professional, timely and provided a high level of service. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our central air conditioning unit broke down during the heatwave of the first week of June, 2021. We were also in the middle of a major indoor paint job which had to halt until the unit was fixed. We called many companies none of which had slots available and none of which would try to work around their schedules to accommodate us. The wait period for these companies was 6-8 weeks.

We kept searching and we were blessed when we found Dempsey’s. Our original appointment with them would have kept us waiting about a week but when we called back and further explained our situation, Eric came out that very day. The actual work started the following day and was finished the next day. When Eric walked in our house and saw all the work that was going on with the painting, he placed us on a priority list. Eric was great to deal with as well as his mom who also helped us receive quick service.
The installers were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Joe and Jeff answered all questions and patiently explained things we didn’t understand. There was a 3rd installer but I forgot his name but he loved my autographed pictures of Diana Ross! They arrived a bit before their scheduled time which was great and they finished the job early in the day so we could turn on the central air.
What a wonderful business where truly wonderful people work. All involved take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend Dempsey’s.

Had major issues with my boiler called Dempsey energy and they sent a tech right out within an hour and got my boiler under control and said they would be back with parts and showed up at scheduled day and they fixed my boiler ,the techs that came were pleasant and professional and got it up and running ,I highly recommend them for fast response and extreme professionals

The two technicians called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix my central air unit with them. The tech's were courteous and conversational. Great overall experience.

Terrible customer service (with the exception of the women that answered the phone). I requested a free estimate. They sent out a technician who tinkered around with our existing furnace. We noticed later that night that the furnace wasn't working the same as before he tinkered with it. Called the next day asking if they could come back to fix whatever was adjusted. The technician was completely unprofessional, extremely defensive and refused to come back to our house to take a look to see what might have been changed when he tinkered with the furnace. Then of course they never sent over an estimate after being rudely treated by the technician.

I could not have asked for an easier transaction. I booked thru American Home Shield (which gives you random service people each time ~ never the same), so I was a little nervous. They responded immediately to my inquiry, made an appointment when I needed it, technician texted me for a heads up as to when he'd be there. Arrived on time, courteous, professional, efficient....all words to describe my technician, Christian.*****Five stars for certain.

Our heating was not working on 11/29/21. We called another local HVAC company and were told that they were booking out to Dec. 21, 2021. When I reiterated that our heating system wasn't working I was told: "we have a lot of customers out of heat" Then I called Dempsey Energy who promptly told me they would be out the next day! Our service man Tim was great! He had no problem when asked to wear a mask in our home. He was efficient in his testing and answered all my questions as he went through the the testing/evaluation. He quickly fixed our issue!
