W H Riley came out to my house to disconnect a gas stove. They were on time and very pleasant. Even though the guys ran into a small issue with the disconnect, the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them!!

As always, they did a perfect job. The tech was right on time, he was friendly and did the service on my furnace without a hitch. Additionally, the service department was quick to schedule the appointment.

WH Riley was responsive and meet all of our needs. Stated a time for the following morning from diagnosing our problem over the phone which was deemed an emergency call. Tech showed up early and on time. Customer Service also reached out to confirm appointment and time. Technician(Jason) was great and completely described which part failed and why it failed. The part was immediately replaced. We've been WH Riley customers for 20 years and they've never let us down. Highly recommend.

Annual oil burner performance tune-up & efficiency measurement was just performed by WH Riley. The technician arrived on schedule. Inspected and cleaned the burner, checked that the burner exhaust vent was secure. He replaced the air filter, ran an efficiency test and was on his way. Job well done.

Riley oil has been our oil company for 26 years and they have been very prompt, always helpful answers to any questions I may have. Today I had my furnace winterized by a wonderful, knowledgeable Riley serviceman. He was prompt, & completed the job very quickly. This company is the best!

I found your price to be extremely high. Technician was vey good, but the price is way out of my price range.
