Our aging A/C system was not coping with the heat waves of this summer. Called Riley at 8:15 AM and the A/C tech Mike showed up in about 15 minutes. He inspected and cleaned all the components, added some refrigerant, effectively doing a long overdue tuneup. A prompt, courteous, and professional service call. Mike patiently answered a bunch of questions regarding its care and feeding. The system ran all day through nearly 100 degrees, gradually getting the house down to 72 degrees. It cycled as expected during the night, and is efficiently keeping that set point today during another mid 90's day. As a related aside, our furnace had its annual service today and it was conducted in the same professional manner we have come to expect over the years from Riley. Bottom line - never had a complaint with Riley for oil drops, nor with the furnace replacement, the A/C installation, nor any repair, or service of either.
Our 30+ year old central AC finally failed so we had to have it replaced. The team at W.H Riley was able to get us a replacement installed and running. The new unit is a huge improvement on our older one, and does a great job keeping our home cool. Once the unit arrived, they had it installed and running within a few hours. They removed the old unit and cleaned up the site afterwords. I'm really happy we called Riley on this, they always do great work.

They sent a technician out and he arrived about 2 hours later...very fast service. Jason was the technician and he was very thorough and explained everything to me. He had the unit up and running in less than one hour. I can't say enough about how thorough and knowledgeable he is. He is a credit to the business! Thanks!
