Emergency A/C service... unusual problem insulation separating from flexible ductwork blocking air flow. Technician found problem QUICKLY and repair was faster than prompt.
During winter fuel crisis did limited delivery to get me thru til prices dropped..

Riley showed up right away when I called saying water was leaking all around our oil burner. Bob identified the issue, stopped the leak and helped me realize I had a wet vac so he could help clean up the floor. He then welded the leak so we continue to have heat. First thing the next morning (today), I had an estimate for a new boiler which will be installed tomorrow. Excellent service. I feel very taken care of ..Thanks you Bob and W H Riley. You have always responded extremely quickly to my requests fir service.

Lengthy… But please read.
As with several other reviews, the rude customer service from the dispatcher in Taunton is uncalled for and escalates a situation. Clearly, nothing has been done to correct her attitude.
Riley decided to stop our automatic propane delivery in order to switch our old tank to a new one IN THE MONTH ON JANUARY. (Why January?) Who made that decision.? Never told us and apparently not each other. When our stove stopped working we called. Bad attitude right away on the phone but she sent a service person. Neither of these people seemed to know that we were not getting deliveries. I was eventually told that the gages on old tanks are not always accurate. Therefore, the service person who was very nice thought we had gas. Wouldn’t service people know about inaccurate gages? After 10-12 VERY chilly days we were able to get Franklin Fireplace out to check on our gas stove. $250.00 later, it was determined the stove was fine we in fact, we’re OUT of GAS!
I am sure you, as a lay person reading this, had this figured out way before WH Riley did. Two very personable guys came out and switched the tank. (We also had to rip out shrubs and knock down the fencing around the tank.)

I almost didn't go with Riley because of cost but I see I may have made a mistake if I didn't. The project isn't finished yet, as the tanks have to be filled, and the heating unit needs to be tested and inspected. As far as everything else went, I couldn't have asked for a better team of technicians to both install and make sure everything was correctly installed and finished professionally. They answered all my questions completely and with confidence, making me feel the project was in good hands. They were on top, below and inside my home and I could see that they were multi-talented and knew ahead of every move what was to be done. I am very pleased that I picked W,H, Riley as I wanted a company that would be professional, trustworthy and reliable, and now that I've met a half a dozen techs, I am sure that I went with the right company supported by talent. When they finished their part they cleaned up and put everything back and buttoned up everywhere needed. I will be recommending Riley to others, and the ones I already have are saying they are going to do what I had done as well. And I'm making sure personally that they not consider anyone else but W.H. Riley.
Thank you sincerely to everyone in the office and everyone in the field. My appreciation and confidence is very high in a great company that makes me feel good about my choice. I think that's something rare in today's world.
