Great experience overall. Full heating, cooling, and hot water replacement. Staff was on time, maintained good communication, and professional. There were probably 6 or 7 technicians onsite at one time or another and all played a huge role in the success of the project. Thumbs up to the ServiceTitan platform as well. I’m sure we will have a quality service relationship going forward. Thanks again!!

The tree about 50ft from my house got struck by lightning and the hit was so violent, it shook the house and burst a water pipe in 2 places! I called RCL and they had a technician at my house in less than an hour. Austin was 100% thorough and professional and had me completely set in a reasonable amount of time AND fixed something else while he was here! We had RCL install mini-splits in our offices and we called in to schedule our first routine maintenance. Austin was our service technician and he was awesome to work with! He explained everything he would be doing and things to look out for. After the service, he showed pictures of what he had done and sent those pictures over on a detailed report. He was super friendly, informative and efficient! He is an asset to your company!

Austin did a fantastic job installing a new outdoor faucet. Before starting the work he was very thorough with explaining the work that he was going to do. Once he finished, he was very thorough showing me the work that he did both inside and outside. Will use Austin again when in need of plumbing work.

Fantastic service from extremely qualified technicians, Jeese and Brandon. Working in a crawl space approaching 120 degrees got the job done. They deserve hazardous duty pay!! From my call to Rich to completion of the job was less than 2 hours. Job well done!!

Just wanted to share and awesone expiernece, Austin came to my house and diagnosed something 4 other companies had missed. He was unbelievably knowledgaeable and really nice. The plumbing he did was amazing as well. Clean efficient and well priced. Great company easy to get in touch with and they work hard to stay in touch as well. They are ny only recommended company moving forward for the type of work they do.

Used RCL for water tank pipe issues. Copper pipe going into the tank corroded and cracked from a previous botched job. Jesse and Sebastian were both prompt, courteous of not making a mess walking in and out of my house, very professional and transparent about pricing, what needed to be done, and helpful next steps. They were able to save my water tank from any damage, replace the bursted pipe, and even spotted a concern with our fuel tank pipe that saved us some serious $$. Great duo and I’d trust them to do more work in the future. Thanks RCL
