ZACK from start to finish was excellent (he came out to assess the problem and do the estimate). Knowing we were comparing services and prices he worked with us without compromising SS Service or us. Was not the least bit offended knowing he was going up against other companies. He stood behind the quality of the work he knew his company did.
We were also given choices knowing that in the midst of a pandemic most businesses (most likely including their own) may have lost huge chunks of revenue. In the end, presenting me with choices meant I will save money on the back end instead of just fixing what was broken they also looked ahead to what my summer might be like! All my emails and/or calls were either answered or returned in a timely fashion. With having to replace 2 heating systems that ran in conjunction with our A/C system too it was not easy or inexpensive by any means and knowing we had no heat at all, having to consider staff and patient comfort, it was a lot for me - but never once did Zack make me feel like I was a bother. His tone and answers were always consistent - maybe even reassuring? In the end, hands down, it was his due diligence and how he presented himself that tipped the scale. Some times a business just has the type of employees that truly believe in what they are doing.
On to the techs putting in the dual system - they were always courteous as well... They were super clean leaving things probably better than they found it. They worked around our hours too. Extremely trustworthy. We are beyond happy with the results. It was started and completed within days so what we expected is what we received. What more can one ask for... all in all once the transaction was decided on and executed it was a very smooth process. Parts came in when expected, work started and finished as well without any hiccups (which we were grateful for).
As a business I know how important reviews are. I also know how you cannot make everyone happy all of the time and you can't always get the results you are looking for, but if you can find a place that will treat you well and you get a feeling that they are just good people, then they need to know they are doing a good job too. We are all just trying to bounce back from the last year - and not having to fight for what's right is a good thing. Today is a good day. So thank you SS & Zack. We and the multitude of patient's that froze with us over the last couple of weeks while we had to make some hard decisions thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the roots of our teeth! 😁

I was driving down rt 24 southbound when a SS Service Corp driver nearly side-swiped me
Looking in my rearview mirror,I saw the driver flip me off I slowed down to see the company information and lisence plate information. The driver continued to make obscene gestures as he refused to try to pass me. it wasn't until I almost stopped on the on ramp to 495 southbound to catch the drivers company information. if his behavior behind the wheel is any reflection on your professionalism it may give a more clear idea of the existing rating you already have.

SS Service is an excellent HVAC Contractor that services the Commercial HVAC needs of my company in the MA, CT, and RI areas. The customer service provided is excellent and SS Service does a great job of getting repairs done correctly and in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the area with an HVAC need.
