My experience with RCL was very professional from the moment I made the call. The girl that helped me on the phone was more than accommodating and she set me up with a same day appointment. The tech, Austin arrived timely and explained the process for the repair in detail. When the repair was completed, I asked the tech about future plumbing updates I thought I may need. The tech listened to my concerns and gave me 5 detailed quotes for the updating I wanted. I asked Austin if I could request him for future work with RCL, I was very impressed with his answer. Austin said yes, I could request him but if for some reason he was not available I could rely on any of his coworkers to deliver the same service. Thats say a lot about RCL and their techs! This was the first service call I have ever had to make, and I can't say enough about the service I received. I will use RCL again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had a leak under my bathroom sink coming from the sink drain. Austin fixed it quickly and did an awesome job. And he made sure to clean up when he was finished. He also helped me with quotes for some future jobs I have in mind to do. He was very courteous and helpful. He even let me know some things about the jobs that I didn't know I would need to address. I would definitely have him fix any future problems that come up.
