Abreau Oil Service

I had a water pipe burst last weekend during that very cold weather. I called Abreau on a Sunday while I raced home from work. They were there within 15 minutes before I even got home and the repair to the pipe was made very quickly. Unfortunately water was everywhere in my finished basement and during that time we realized the boiler was also in need of repair but due to age it was decided to have a new boiler installed. Joe, Bob and team were there a couple days later installing new boiler watertank and baseboard. During such a difficult time they responded so quickly to make a bad situation very pleasant. They go above and beyond for there customers. I'm truly blessed for all there assistance during this time. Thank you Joe and Bob and the whole team that worked so hard to fix everything so quickly.

Website is easy to use. Abreau is always a step ahead. I've never had to call for a fill because Abreau never lets me go empty. Abreau's office staff is very friendly and professional. The techs are prompt, knowledgeable and always come prepared.

Rude owner and if you ever get a delivery from someone else, they will never service your burner or even deliver oil to you again. Got oil from them for 7 years and went somewhere else once and they refused me service and also would not deliver oil either. Shameful. Do not use. Horrible and beyond Rude.

Great, prompt service. I recently bought a new home that came with no oil. Abreau Oil was quick to the call with a delivery first thing Monday morning. Definitely recommend!

A few weeks ago I noticed a strong odor of oil coming from my basement. I was worried something was wrong with my oil burner so I called Abreau. They came to my house within an hour or so. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he checked the burner and said everything looked fine. We turned the heat back on and I could no longer smell the oil. He then thought to check the oil tank, which is tucked in a dark corner of my basement... a place where I never look. He noticed everything was wet over there. Then he noticed it looked like water was coming from a pipe above the tank. That pipe went to a tub. The pipe became disconnected, so water was just pouring out from the tub onto the oil tank! He got a metal strap from his truck and climbed up there and secured the pipe so that it would not become disconnected again before I could get a plumber to look at it. He didn't have to do that! I am so grateful that he thought to look at the oil tank, as I probably would not have noticed until I saw flood in my basement! I was hesitant to write this review as I was afraid he may get in trouble for fixing something that had nothing to do with my burner. But then I thought this an old, established family business and they truly do go above and beyond. Customer service is a huge priority for them and this gentleman is an asset to their company. I never did smell that oil again.

Drivers go twice the speed limit down thickly settled backroads. If you call to complain, the person answering the phone will tell you they can't tell you anything. Today I'll give them a bad review, next time I'll call the police. Totally unnecessary to be traveling that fast, there are children and pets on this road and there is would be no way to stop that huge truck in time if needed.

Through many attempts over the years by a lot of services to fix my boiler that just kept shutting off, Abreau Oil knew right away what the problem was and finally fixed it. I thank them everyday when I wake up warm.
