On the day before the July 4 holiday, we had to get the fire dept in to check a burning odor in the house. When they determined it was from the furnace, we called Jim Dorsey and within two hours, Jason arrived at the house! He found the problem to be a seized motor. He called Parts stores until he found one in stock. He received it July 5 and brought it right over to install it. He was very professional, friendly, and on time-even before the expected time. He helped us out during a stressful time at our house. We were very grateful to him and to Jim Dorsey's business.

I called Dorsey plumbing yesterday and they came today. I appreciated the quick response. Thank you Joe for checking out my AC unit and for your professional and courtesy advice. It is now a couple of weeks later and I would like to thank Tom in sales and technicians Jon and Adam for their excellent work today in putting my new central air conditioning system in. I am ready for summer. Thank you again.

Only company we could find to work on an ejection toilet and tank. Scheduling was easy, received texts when the plumber was on their way. They were prompt and professional. Came twice and worked through our issue to find the cause of the problem. Currently waiting for a part. Very satisfied with the company and Jose who is doing the work, Jose is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will call them for any future needs.

My boiler failed, and Dorsey and sons was the only local company that was willing to come out same-day. The person who took my call was empathetic and kind, and the workers who came to my home were efficient and professional. They solved our emergency within a couple of hours, ensuring my family could have heat and hot water for the weekend. Prompt response and awesome work that was greatly appreciated!

Fixed leaking bathroom faucet, moved inside leaking shut off for the outside hose to an easier to reach ball valve, and replaced an outside broken ball valve. They were friendly and professional answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Our shower had been leaking a few months ago, and it started leaking again. They came out and used a different method to fix it. They were very helpful and only charged a minimal fee since it was “under warranty “. They were on time, very helpful, explained what they did, and charged very little money. Thank you!!!!

They disconnected my dishwasher and propane oven so the could be removed and new delivered. They came back the following morning to install the new dishwasher and oven. Took all the packing materials, answered my questions, very polite. I will use them in the future. Thank you!

Very pleased. Technician Jason showed up at the scheduled time. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. He replaced a broken pipe and made recommendations for further repairs so that we won't find ourselves in another emergency again. Will definitely hire in the future.
