    These guys were great. Replaced the Hvac and corrected its position from the original poorly installed system from another company. Highly recommend!

    My water heater sprung a leak (due to rust) early New Year’s Day. I called Dorsey for emergency service and left a message. True to their word, I received a callback within 15 minutes. An hour later a technician arrived and assessed the situation. Within 2 hours a new water heater was installed. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

    FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER! 1 Star for front office. 5 stars for plumbers. I've used Dorsey for many years with high quality performance. Until recently. The new front office acts as a stonewall preventing timely response. On numerous recent occasions I called with an emergency and was told that the "next available opening is a week from today." I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager. No explanation. They've grown too large and lost the historically excellent quality service.
    Never again.

    Very happy with the service I rec’d. Had an urgent issue and they squeezed us in. Was very happy they could do this as others couldn’t come for weeks. Did a thorough cleaning and fixed things my installer did incorrectly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

    First time calling Jim Dorsey & Son. Our Triangle Tube boiler failed Sunday morning - leaving us with no automatic heat or hot water. We had alternative heat - but no hot water. After asking around, we were pointed to JimDorsey & Son. A phone call Monday noontime resulted in an appointment for Tuesday, first any 11 - 1, then changed to 7-9. Crew showed up at 8, diagnosed problem and parts by 9, left to get parts, then back and boiler running by noontime. Great service - even for a first time customer. Will definitely call them again for any service they offer.

    Service was excellent. The Technician quickly identified the issue with my water heater, the relief valve was leaking very slowly, ordered the parts and the subsequent replacement by the same tech went quickly and smoothly, The office called to notify me the day before and the day of each appointment which was nice. They also were very accommodating when I had to reschedule the replacement within an hour of the scheduled install. Very professional and cheerful!

    We used Jim Dorsey & Sons to install a/c splitters for the first and second floor. The workmanship is impeccable. The crew was courteous, Knowledgeable, neat, on time and efficient- very professional. The work was done on time and on budget. Highly recommend.
