Jim Dorsey & Sons is simply a great company. I had a new A/C-Heating unit recently installed by Dorsey & Son's, and they did a great job at a fair price. Recently I was having new floors installed and had a little issue with water on my floor where the unit was installed. I call Dorsey & Sons and the women I spoke with was so polite and understood my need to have someone come out and look at it. Keep in mind this was on a Friday at 4:30pm. They sent Tom out and Tom located the minor issue. I am so thankful that this company maintains a good customer service. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you Jim Dorsey & Sons and to all the employees.

They came pretty quickly considering how busy they were.the problem was fixed quickly.

Woke up to a flood in my master bathroom. Called my plumber but he never showed up after I took the day off from work. I called Jim Dorsey and Son and they came when they said. Brad listened to me before reviewing the problem. Took the time to explain what the problem was and the 2 options to fix it.

I was well informed what the exact problem was, given options to fix it and was informed of the cost for each option.

Their customer service is outstanding.

Fixed blockage in my tub. Replaced gasket! They were great! Reasonable priced and charged me allot less than originally priced. Will definitely use again!

I have had my heater serviced and shower valves replaced by Brad from Jim Dorsey and Sons, Inc. A family member only had great things to say about their work and I must agree. Both times Brad made it out here he was informative and would update me on any issues that came up. Before proceeding he would ask my permission and give me my options. I would trust this company with all my plumbing, heating and cooling issues and services. It's nice to see a local company doing great work for the community. Thank you for what you do.

These folks are awesome! They were very efficient and fast.

My hot water heater stopped working and Dorsey's sent out a technician, Eddie, quickly. He tested and diagnosed the problem as a faulty copper coil. I appreciate that they didn't go for the immediate big fix of water heater replacement even though my unit is not new. I would call them again if/when I have more problems. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. Woman answering the phone was rude and condescending from the moment she answered the phone. We should of known and gone with our gut. They gave us a time frame of 10a-2p and booked it out 2 1/2 weeks.

We waited the day of appointment the whole time like we were supposed. Literally at 2:00p the same rude woman called saying they were stuck at a job and would have to reschedule.

I get it. I really do. Some jobs don’t go as planned and they are taking extra time at someone else’s home to fix things. But really??? Literally to the last minute they waited until the end of the time frame to call us. You didn’t know an hour or so before you wouldn’t be able to keep my appointment? I held up my end of the bargain, had the basement ready for them, took a day out of work and this was how they handled their tech running late?

The best part - she pretty much hung up on us.

Needless to say - there will not be a reschedule with this company. Word of mouth about a business is the best free advertising. Not sure my advertising will bring them much business.

Just makes me wonder why they feel they can act like that towards people that are keeping them in business. What ever happened to common decency in this world? (Insert head shaking here).

They were professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. The quality of work they delivered was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never even there. Lol! They explained everything and kept us in the loop at all times. We were very impressed and highly recommend them.
