    My water heater blew on a Saturdays evening and the were able to track down a new one and install it the next day!! I definitely expected to go without hot water until at least Monday!! They were so great!

    They repaired an outdoor water spigot. I had no water pressure and it was a lot of work yo figure out why. However, they figured it out and I am very pleased with the service. I always use Dorsey and Sons for all my plumbing needs.

    These guys were so nice, knowledgeable, and fixed my problem promptly. I felt that their visit fee & service was fair. They even wore paper booties over their shoes which I appreciated. Lol. I definitely will contact them in the future if I have any problems again.

    While I was pleased to find a vendor that would install a new on demand hot water heater I have been greatly disappointed in their lack of professionalism. They do not return calls and are unresponsive to client needs. They provided me with a standard fee of $5,250 to install a Rinnai ABSENT any itemization. I requested an itemized quote numerous times and was questioned by Sean/Shawn, “why do you need that”? I explained I’d like a breakdown of the work they quoted - they never provided this. Now a week later, they have continued to fail to provide an itemized accounting of their work. What is this customer left to believe other than, they over charged and are hiding this fact. Moreover, as I examined the work performed I notice that the new gas line appears to be improperly secured at one juncture where it seems logical to have support. They have not followed up regarding rebates and have left this customer ‘hanging out to dry’.

    NOT customer oriented or responsive to customer needs. They will likely take financial advantage of you so I advise looking elsewhere to get your needs met.

    Joe & Jason performed an inspection/service on: 2 Fujitsu mini-splits, Rinnai tankless, Goodman A/C & Comfort-Aire attic furnace. Being from the west coast, I asked a ton of questions about the maintenance, performance and resident upkeep of all units, and Joe answered all with detail and without condescension. Ultimately, knowing all these units have been cleaned and serviced is a great relief. Thanks Joe & Jason!
