Matt came out to make an assessment of my bolier and why it wouldn't light. after discussing my opinions for this old boiler. we went with a convi. So when the hot water heater go some day we can switch them over to the new boiler instant hot water.

Jesse, Dakota and Sam were fantastic installers, very knowledgeable about their product. I would recommend them to my friends..

I would get a text with their picture and a email that they would be at my house shortly. I was very impressed by this safety measure. They came at the time they said. Happy guys that enjoyed working together. Happy workers are good employees. They did a fantastic job 👏 Great guys make a great company!

I want to thank RCL Mechanical, they are an awesome company.
My wife and I had been having issues with our HVAC system and we realize it was time to get a professional over. So we went on google and for these guys, I wasn't sure how all this was going to workout. They came out to my house and gave me the options to repair it but I wanted a new one. They did a very clean job and installed a new system within the next day.

I really would like to thank and highly recommend RCL mechanical and my technician Austin Briand. My tankless water heater was beeping since yesterday and I did not have any hot water. After calling several plumbers I was so grateful that they could fit me in today. Issue resolved promptly. Austin was very knowledgeable. Very happy that I called and even considering to do a service plan.

RCL's team was great throughout the entire process. Sam and Chad were on time each morning, professional and very respectful of our home. I tend to be particular about where and how things are done, and they worked with me to determine the least invasive ways to route piping though the house. They also took the time to answer any questions and explain the system to my wife and I. We will definitely be using RCL for future services.

There was no communication, that was the point. that being said, Josh personally came by to rectify the situation and was wonderful, professional. That in and of itself has changed my opinion of the Company and this indicates to me that the situation was simply a fluke. happy to give a second chance.
