This was my first experience using this company. It was a very professional experience starting with the young lady that took the first call to set up the appointment.
I needed some plumbing work done on my kitchen pipes going down to my basement.
The technitian Dakota was very helpful and professional. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. I will use this company again.

When it comes to a company that you can trust you don’t need to look any further. I have used RCL on many occasions and they are the only company I trust to fix my plumbing and heating issues. These guys are the true definition of what an expert should be. They have always done an amazing job at diagnosing the issue and formulating a plan to fix the problem. It’s your house you put your hard earned money into, so if you want something fixed right the first time give these guys a call.

One of my favorite things about RCL was the notification of the technician en route to my home with their picture on it and an accurate arrival time. So not only did I know who was coming and when, but I also knew it was the correct person showing up. It made me feel safer and I was always "in the know" for arrival times! I know that is just a small thing, but it really made me impressed with the business! My new furnace is running great and I highly recommend Andy and the rest of the crew at RCL!

I had called RCL for some inoperative toilets at my commercial facility. Austin Briand was our technician, he was here the following day after putting in my service call. He was thorough, professional and respectful. Everything was repaired and they were very fair in their pricing of the repairs needed.

Austin was very professional and pleasant. Talked me through what needed to be done, gave me a quote and fixed my issues pretty quickly. Not that I'm hoping to have anymore issues, but if they should arise, I'll definitely be using them again. Thank you Austin!

This is my second time using this company, and it won't be my last. Setting up the appointment is a breeze and they show up right when they say they will. Austin was a fantastic technician. He was clear and concise on what needed to be done, he talked me through all of the steps he was going to take so I knew what was involved and what I was paying for. On top of all that, he was quick, too! I had my heat fixed on no time. I highly recommend RCL, and Austin, in particular.

On Christmas Eve our water heater broke down. I reached out and I received a call back within 20 minutes. Of course there was nothing opened for them to actually get a heater for me. However, even though they couldn’t get one right away, they did exactly what was promised. The contact and updates were wonderful. I would put this at the top of your list if you ever need services. I will not go to any other company. they are very professional and very thorough.
