Austin was fantastic! He diagnosed the kitchen leak issue quickly and replaced the faucet. Everything was done and tested in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Great service and much appreciated!

I had a big problem. My kitchen was leaking badly. I found myself emptying the bucket underneath far too often. I called RCL Mechanical yesterday and they were able to send a crew today. The crew, Austin and Sébastien were very professional. They diagnosed the problem and we discussed the cost. I went ahead with the repair and in just over an hour the parts were replaced and my problem was solved. It was my first experience with this company but if I ever need services I would definitely call RCL again. I would also recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the positive experience. I called RCL after hours. The answering service took my information and I received a call back within 10 minutes. I received a text with a picture of the tech coming out and he was here in less time than expected. Ryan R. Was the technician that came out to my home. We thought a pipe was leaking and his first question was where is the boiler. Sure enough that is what was causing the issue. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything so the average homeowner could understand it. I’ll definitely recommend RCL to anyone that may need their service!!!

We switched from oil to Propane and RCL made it seamless. The new system was installed correctly and very neatly. My technicians were Jesse and Dakota, complimented by Douglas the electrician They were all very professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I am glad we went with RCL.
