My experience was very good, the technician was very informative, instructions showing me how to recognize the certain smell of gas etc. How to change my filter and clean it. All new to me.

Been doing business with WH Riley & Son for over 13 years. Good customer service and trusted. Transparent whenever I call them with a question or issue.

They showed up on time and technician was professional and knowledgeable to not only tune up our furnace but identify areas of concern and address those as well.

KMB did an efficient & thorough furnace tuneup as usual. And I was grateful he welcomed my questions I had about the heating system with thoughtful answers.
