BDL did an excellent job with the installation of my new Mitsubishi ac/heat pump air handler system. The owner, Brian, came out to give me an estimate. Was a down to earth, regular guy who gave me an honest assessment and estimate. Josh, the operations manager was easy to get a hold of and always kept me informed. And to Steve and Steve who installed the system, they were professional, clean and hardworking. Thanks to the BDL team! Much appreciated!

Just had my first annual maintenance of the A/C system that BDL installed a year ago. The service technician Max Ribeiro did an outstanding job. He was friendly and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of them) and in so doing he demonstrated that he is extremely knowledgeable and very sharp. I hope I get his services next year !

BDL is an awesome company to work with. They are professional and the best in the business. They installed my HVAC system 8 years ago and did an incredible job. I recently needed a repair and Dave did a great job. Rob, the Service Manager, was great to work with as well. They are the best!

From the first visit of BDL owner Brian to quote us for new central air to a follow up service call, this company exceeded all our expectations. They offered us a competitive price for the job, answered all our questions and guided us through and even helped us apply for the relevant MassSave loans and rebates. This was quite the contrast to the so called leading HVAC company in the area who more or less told us we were on our own, in dealing with MassSave.
The two technicians who installed our new system were friendly, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after both days of installation. Through the whole process Josh professionally coordinated everything and when after the job was done, we were concerned there might be a problem, he sent another very professional technician to check everything, thus insuring we knew the job was done correctly. Everything was done to perfection!

The BDL installation team did a great job replacing a pair of old central air conditioning systems in my home. The installers were very professional, consistently on time, and were very conscientious about protecting floors and cleaning up after themselves. Very meticulous and quality installation. They had to run some new refrigerant lines rather than reusing old, but held to their original cost estimate. They were the lowest bid of three quotes solicited for the job. An excellent value and I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

We have used BDL for 15+ years for all of our HVAC needs. The previous owner of our home spoke highly of them, ( they had them for 10 years) so we just continued and have never been disappointed. They excel in quality and professionalism. If you care about customer service and quality, have BDL take care of YOUR HVAC needs.

These guys were great! I called for emergency service on Saturday (the coldest day of the year) and left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes.Sean came out within a few hours to see what was going on . He explained what the problem was and told me what would be needed and I would be contacted on Monday for the repair. I was called on Monday and and given a 2 hour window of when the guys would arrive. They arrived on time and Jake and Louis did a great job on my repair. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The office staff was great on the phone, listened to my problem and assured me I would I have my heat back! I am very happy with the customer service provided by the technicians and the office staff. I would recommend BDL to anyone needing HVAC Service.

Recently had my hot water heater start leaking and knew it needed to be replaced. Although I have a home warranty service, the company they sent out wanted to charge $1400 for “modifications” on a simple replacement. I called BDL and got a simple quote for slightly more than the “modifications” and asked them to come complete the job. They scheduled it the next day and were in and out in 4 hours. New hot water heater heats the water better and quicker than the previous one. Couldn’t have asked for better service and responsiveness. I recommend BDL to anyone who’s looking!
