BDL replaced our old AC system. They helped us with the no interest financing. They arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new system, and cleaned up afterward. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to answer. They came back months later to help us set up a schedule for our thermostat. They were professional at all times, and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend them!

Used BDL for whole house mini-split installation after obtaining 5 quotes for the job. BDL came in with the most cost effective and least invasive solution. After some delays caused by COVID lockdown, BDL adapted their schedule and installed the system in 4 days last month.
Installation team was neat and professional. So far the system is performing as expected and hoping for similar excellent service from BDL in the future. Highly recommended.

Not sure why I choose this company for an estimated for a boiler replacement. Appointment day: He showed up late, struggled for an eye contact; well explained, said it will e-mail the estimated; a month later still waiting for an estimated, never called or follow up. My impression about this company perhaps they are picky on picking their own customers Now I regret choosing them, they wasted my time and lost one customer... move on. They are many other great companies to choose from..

We are very happy we found BDL to service our mini splits. Rob the Svc. Mgr. and all the people involved in Customer Service were very helpful and friendly. Dave C. who performed the maintenance was professional, worked very hard and the job was within the quoted estimate.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service experience we had with BDL. We used Mass Saves to address some energy concerns with our "new to us" home and selected BDL to help with the HVAC portion of the project. It was seamless. They were professional start to finish.
Our project took an unexpected turn when it came time for the insulation portion. Long story short, it was done wrong. Josh from BDL and I both brought this to their attention but our voices were not heard. At this point, Josh owed us nothing. This wasn't his portion of the project and he could have walked away BUT he didn't. He has been helping us make things right. I can't thank him enough or say enough good things about BDL!

Steve, Andrew and Alan were awesome. They put in a new HVAC system in our South Boston single family house. They did a very clean and organized job. Andrew is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy. I’d recommend BDL to anyone looking for a HVAC company to help with their project.

The two technicians arrived on time and performed the work on my heating system quickly and easily. It hadn't been cleaned for two and a half years. It was insanely dirty, but they were able to clean it and get it running in tip top shape, no problems. They spent time explaining what they did, as I was curious.

I recently had BDL install mini split units throughout my house. Everyone involved was very informative and helpful regarding all aspects from start to finish. I would absolutely use this business again and highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about how great this company is from the owner Brian, the Tech Brian and the office manager Laurie. We had a problem with our air conditioner making a noise & we had a burning odor. We called & Laurie was able to have Brian come over, he found the problem, was able to get us up and running. BDL is very professional & does quality work.

BDL's call ahead and gave me 20 minutes notice as I requested. The technician Nick who showed up was very professional and was able to troubleshoot the issue with my system and fix the problem quickly. He also checked the rest of my HVAC system and let me know that everything was clean and in order and I should just replace the filter in a few months. Will definitely be utilizing BDL's in the future.
