    We are a new customer as of March 3. Our technician, Drew, was very professional and personable. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Drew also answered all of our questions regarding our heating system. I would highly recommend Drew and BDL.

    Ductless system was installed by Andrew and Carlos in 3 days of hard work. System works better than expected for heating this old house; can't wait for summer ac. The entire process from quote to completion was professional and courteous and we enjoyed meeting with such nice people at every step. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable. Their workmanship was excellent and left everything neat and clean. Could not have asked for a better experience.

    I am not a big fan of writing reviews - however, I feel that I do need to write one for Dave, his colleague (unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get his name) and the whole BDL team (they normally don't provide emergency service - however, when they heard that we are in trouble, the lady on the call still dispatched a squad outside of their normal schedule), who did a fantastic job in repairing our furnace during a cold New England winter night.

    As a new homeowner, it is always nerve-wracking to know that something expensive is malfunctioning and need emergency repairs; and it will definitely make matters worse and make things even more stressful if you didn't hire the right technicians to do the job - the first HVAC contractor we hired care very little about the problems we faced; instead, I guess he was more interested in taking advantage of the situation (no heat in New England winter) and convincing us to make big purchases during the wrong time. Before we decide to replace the whole furnace with a "special price" for emergency services, fortunately, we decided to reach out to the BDL team for another opinion, which turned out to be the right opinion - it took only 2 hours for Dave and his colleague to fix the furnace issue with a very reasonable price, even though the first contractor claimed that the issue was "very complicated" and "very expensive" to repair.

    Similar to our previous contractor, Dave also gave us realistic expectations for our old system and reminded us that the system needs to be replaced. But unlike the previous contractors we hired, they listened to our need and tried their best to make things work best for us. I highly recommend this company if you ever needed any support for your HVAC unit - they are professional, trustworthy, and most importantly, they care about their customers.

    We can thank Josh and the BDL team enough. They replaced a >15 year old heat pump in our Boston condo in June. From the quote to installation, the team was professional, thoughtful and friendly throughout the entire process. The crew was wonderful. Even when there was a snafu with the unit we had selected that wouldn't fit, Josh worked with us and managed the entire issue promptly and with ease. We just received our first full month electric bill with the new unit. Our bill was cut by almost 2/3. Truly the best experience and worthwhile investment! Highly recommend BDL.     We don’t speak English well, so we seldom make reviews , but for this company and the team, I must give my very satisfactory review. For the person who answered the phone, she must be very busy, and I couldn’t express clearly at the time, she said Someone called me back. He called me in a short time. He spoke very slowly, but I still couldn't express my meaning clearly. My friend made an appointment for me. Dave was very busy the next day. He arrived early and started to check and repair. He patiently communicated with me using a mobile phone translator and solved our heating problem. When he left, he kept the surrounding area clean. Thanks for their quick and timely help, let me have a warm Christmas. Hope google translate can express my meaning correctly.

    We had issues with our Mitsubishi Mini Split. It kept shutting down. Previous company told us we needed a new one. We decided to try out BDL. Max and his asst came out to troubleshoot. “Mitsubishi Max”, as he is nicknamed, did a great job. Needed refrigerant…not a new system!!! He check our upstairs system. Gave us a recommendation on saving $ with a proper programming of our thermostat. Seemed concerned with ensuring the service call was affordable! We have him coming back to upgrade our thermostat to help us save more $ as we enter the heat of the summer!

    Highly recommend! Glad I found someone that actually knows what they are doing when it comes to a Mitsubishi mini-split!!! Thanks BDL & Mitsubishi Max!!!
