Andrew fixed our AC on a blistering 95 degree day. He was communicative about arranging our repair time and called when other appointments delayed his arrival. He fixed everything expertly and was professional and kind. We would highly recommend Andrew and BDL.

BDL Heating and Cooling has been a pleasure to have come out. They are quick to respond and understand the urgency when your heating system isn't working correctly. Drew our tech was friendly, on time and explained everything every step of the way. I will surely have them on speed dial from now on. It's hard to find companies that operate with such great customer service these days. 5 stars isn't enough!

We had BDL recently install a new high efficiency A/C and gas furnace. Josh was very responsive to all my questions and came to my house to explain the process prior to hiring them. Once I did, Nathan and his installation team were great. The install took 2 days. Nathan explained what was going to happen in detail each day and always asked if I had any questions. When the installation was complete, he walked me through the entire system and answered all my questions. A few days later, Josh followed up to answer any additional questions I had. They even handled the product registration and rebate submission. If you are considering a new heating and/or cooling system, I highly recommend BDL. They are competitively priced, offer an annual maintenance plan for both the heating and cooling systems, and they are great communicators which is very important to me. Finally, disregard the negative reviews that state BDL informed them it would take several weeks before they could come out to look at their non-functional A/C. If you are on their maintenance plan, you will get service quickly. If you are not on their plan, then yes, it may take weeks. The reason is simple: it's impossible for them to service everyone immediately that randomly calls during the summer months. So be sure and add their maintenance plan after installation. It's affordable and you will get priority service. Just pay it and you won't regret it. That's how it works at all these HVAC companies. Good luck with your installation.

BDL Heating & Cooling was amazing to work with. We found ourselves without a working furnace in November. They were able to expedite the process and get our furnace and AC replaced very quickly. Josh from BDL was responsive and able to answer all of our questions. We will continue to use BDL and highly recommend them!

First, I want to thank Josh, Director of Operations, for his responses to my questions before I made the decision to choose BDL to install a new HVAC system. He clearly explained what type of system would be best for my home and why and provided a very detailed estimate.

Second, the BDL crew of Andrew, Alan and Zach installed a new HVAC unit in my top floor condo. It wasn't an easy project because this is a 4 floor old manufacturing brick building with inconsistent vents and crawl spaces throughout and a very steep set of stairs to the roof. It took a lot of extra effort to install the air handler and connect it to the new unit on the roof. They made sure everything was super clean before leaving each day. They were extremely professional, friendly, soft-spoken and hardworking (no lunch taken during the 2 days). It’s so good to know there are people who still sincerely strive to do their best, no matter what obstacles pop up! There was an electrical issue within my condo which BDL was able to resolve within a timely manner to stay within the quoted timeframe. I was blown away by the real teamwork and commitment to top quality work! And - the final invoice was the same price as the estimate. Josh followed up soon after asking how the unit was working. It's perfect and really quiet, too.

Third, the 3 people I spoke with on the office side of BDL were just as pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the extra support and information they provided before, during and after the project.

Today I had my HVAC yearly maintenance service. Nicholas Silvia was my technician. He arrived at the schedule time. Nick explained everything he was going to do. The company is puts customers first.
Nick suggested a product to prevent mice from moving into my compressors.
