We used BDL to install a cooling system in our house. They came highly recommended from a neighbor and they lived up to the great recommendation. From the beginning, they were responsive and professional. The installers did a great job and were respectful. When I had a question, they were right on top of it and managed some minor issues promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend BDL.

BDL came highly recommended from a friend and tradesman. He told me that every time he goes into a house he is working in he can tell when work is done by BDL because of how good it looks and I would have to agree. After the work was completed at my house, other trades came in and couldn't help but comment on how good the work was, particularly the return which the tech took over 2-days to build to ensure it was just right. Obviously so much of this work gets covered up by sheetrock, but BDL does their work like it will be on full display. Their attention to detail starts with Brian their owner and is passed through all of the installers who came out to work on my project. This past summer (2020) was definitely a hot one here in Massachusetts but Brian and his team were able to run oval ducts to the existing first floor of my home and install new ducts and return in the second floor addition efficiently that keeps my entire home comfortable with a single 2.5-ton system. This saved me a ton of money and I appreciate Brian and his team coming up with a solution for me and my family.

Max was very knowledgeable and professional. Solved a problem that plagued the installer and a separate electrician. I’m extremely satisfied.

He was communicative about daily progress and anything that we needed to know about the system. Additionally, he was very respectful of our house and "left it as he found it". COVID procedures were also firmly in place with he and his team.

From start to finish I found dealing with BDL very easy. Josh organized everything better than I could, and Im pretty organized! Then Sean shows up and installs AC and he thinks of every last detail. On top of the meticulous work and thoughtfulness about details, Sean was able to deal with a change in plans that took me by surprise, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Had a phenomenal experience with this company. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been professional, attentive, and very kind and helpful. They installed our ac unit and you would never even know anyone was in the house. They cleaned up nicely, made sure all the doors remained locked since we have little kids and pets. We have also used them for maintenance as well and were always able to get a very timely response. I highly recommended them!

In an all-electric house with ceiling-mounted heating units on individual thermostats dating back to 1979 we were more than ready to upgrade all three floors of our house with a modern, more efficient system that included both heating and cooling.

We reached out to BDL for an estimate after seeing one of their trucks at a neighbor's house and within just a few days we were working with the estimator to review our options. Their expertise and ability to work within our budget made selecting them as our HVAC contractor an easy choice - they even coordinated having an electrician come to our house to remove and dispose of our old units.

Because of our home's configuration with limited space for duct runs, we added a new Mitisubishi system that was multi-zoned and incorporated both ducted units and ductless mini-splits thoughtfully designed and installed by BDL, preserving as much of our precious storage space as possible.

The complete system installation took approximately two weeks and I was worried it was going to be a pain to have contractors in and out of my house while I was working from home and my children were remote learning. That was so far from the case. Andrew and Alan (as well as a couple of the Tri-County co-op participants) were great to have in our space. They were courteous, clean, followed every COVID-related safety precaution, were kind to my kiddos, and above all informed me and included me in all parts of the process. They took customer service above and beyond and because of that I look forward to the long-standing relationship I will have with BDL.
