We recently had Mitsubishi mini splits installed in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. Chris the Senior Comfort Specialist was very professional and informative on the install. The technicians Pete and Cameron were very knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommend Briggs Mechanical.

We are first time customers of Briggs. We had mini split AC's installed throughout our home. Their team is phenomenal. Chris and Mike were extremely helpful with planning the installation of our units and even changed the initial plan once they had a better understanding of our needs. Communication was on point from the day of the consultation to the final walk through. Corry and Robert did excellent work with the installation and asked for our input on some details during the process to ensure we are happy with the end result. We are overall very happy with the service we received and would recommend them 100% to friends and family.

Briggs Mechanical was recommended to me by two different parties, which goes a long way when making a major hiring decision. The project was for mini-split ductless heating and A/C units. From the initial contact with Chris, the follow-up process and follow through was prompt and professional. Lois and Janine were great intermediaries - phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and appointments made, were kept. Feeling comfortable and confident about the people who are working in your home is a very important part of the experience, and Brigg’s provided that, as well. The two young men from Briggs Mechanical, Sean and Cam, were courteous and professional and careful in protecting and covering floors and walls from debris. They always left a clean work area, and to their credit, they did not complain about a few tight crawl spaces when installing wiring! The businesses’ owner, Mike, is also a hands-on part of the team, overseeing and signing off on the project. These days it’s unusual to have a well-run, smooth, uneventful, on-site home project, but Brigg’s Mechanical provided just that. They seem to have mastered the process; all areas of the business are well coordinated, communicating, and working in tandem. Such a relief, such a nice change, such professional service! The only thing missing from this mini-split install experience? Horror stories! Thank; you!

Briggs Mechanical recently replaced the A/C system for our second floor. The installation team was very professional and efficient. They arrived as scheduled and the work was completed as promised. They were very careful and neat in completing the installation. We were very pleased with the entire process.

New customer to Briggs. We replaced an old central air conditioning unit (30 Years+) and added a heat pump for the basement living area as well. We choose Briggs after looking at a few different companies in the area. Briggs provided the most detailed quote and gave the best advice for picking out the unit that was right for our needs. I had Briggs Mechanical come and replace our old AC unit with a heat pump. The workers were prompt, respectful, and professional. They explained everything I needed to know to have it working to cool the home during the warm months and help heat it during the cold months. All my questions were answered and so far, I am very happy with everything.

We had the nicest and most professional mechanic named Justin come out to our home. He was highly knowledgeable and very friendly and he fixed the issue we were having in a very fast manner. In May 2023 we had Briggs Mechanical install a Mitsubishi 4 zone 36K Btu Inverter Heat Pump combined with 2 ductless wall units and 2 ceiling cassettes. Originally, we talked with Chris Instasi about Central Air. We switched to the Heat Pump concept for its dual AC / Heat functions. Chris was very patient with extensive questions & changes. Our installers were Cameron and Shawn who worked for 3 days carefully considering the interior placements, line set routing and Heat Pump Installation. The electrician was also detailed and very efficient. The total install was very professional.
Owner Mike Briggs was available in person and by email to help coordinate small details / questions. Mitsubishi to date, I believe is the only Mfg. that offers rectangular ceiling cassettes that fit between 16 1/2" on center ceiling joists. It's a very quiet system with a 12 year Mitsubishi warrantee.

We unexpectedly had to replace our boiler this winter. The Briggs staff were quick to respond and assess the situation. We chose the HE system and had it installed promptly. The staff were fabulous to work with -- courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. With every confidence, I would entrust Briggs Mechanical to assist us with any future needs we have. I highly recommend their services!
