We had a great experience with Briggs Mechanical. They installed a new AC system and removed the old AC system. It was a challenging job as it was in the attic, but they did a great job, cleaned up all the areas before leaving and kept us posted every step of the way. They helped us with our Mass Save loan and helped us with the paperwork. They came a week after the install to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any questions. We used them based on reviews and I am glad we did. I would highly recommend them.

Briggs was very efficient at putting in my mini split and took the time to come back and explain the remote controls and how to change the filter. I would definitely recommend

We have used Briggs for many years, they have always been great & very responsive. They recently installed a ductless system in our home office area. From Chris coming to give us the quote to the final installation, it was an easy & seamless process. The install was quick, easy & ready in less than a day. Chris returned to ensure that all was running well.

I had a forced air split system installed 2 years ago and i went back to them this week when another company would not fix my hvac system….I appreciate what they did, they did find the cracked heat exchange when the other company asked for 10,000 for a whole new furnace. Thanks again…. Next that follows is what they did for me on a previous house 2 years ago. Not only did they make it comfortable and painless, they got it all done in a week. The entire house was without duct work and they made it happen. They wore masks making us feel safe. They fixed my bathroom vent no charge. This was appreciated. This experience started amazingly . We got a no interest loan from MassSaves and because of Briggs recommendation. We already had a home equity line of credit previously secured when Briggs Hvac employees informed me to apply for a no interest loan with masssaves. It took less than 2 weeks but they helped everything get going. They gave me an estimate and guidance with the application. We will even be getting a rebate. It was amazing to get a no interest loan all because Briggs knew the system and the way to get the best deal. I would definitely work with them again.

Repeat customer here. Just one summer after enjoying the central air that Briggs installed at our old house, we moved. Briggs was one of the first calls we made when assessing the renovations that needed to be done at our new house. Chris came out and spent a good amount of time to take measurements and examine the floor plan of our wonky 1910 shingle style house to recommend the best set up for our home. The team that installed our Mitsubishi units was awesome! Would we use Briggs again? Absolutely. But I hope we don't have to :)

We had Briggs install a ductless system in our house last winter. Briggs is by far one of the best out there. Mike addressed all of our concerns during the initial walk through, and installed a system that would keep us cool in the summer, as well as warm in the winter. I highly recommend Briggs for all your HVAC needs. The system is by far more efficient than any window or portable AC system.
