Bill Reardon HVAC-R

Came to repair a heating problem. The initial diagnosis was incorrect, something that can happen and is understandable. What was not understandable is when I received the invoice and the price for this part was more than double the actual cost (a premium of more than $150). He stated it was due to an “availability premium”, something I have never heard of before, especially for a common part. Ultimately he did fix the problem. While his service has been prompt in the past, I cannot continue to use someone who over charges for parts like this.

Bill has worked on our old HVAC system numerous times over the years and has always been prompt, professional and courteous. Most recently, he showed up on short notice (before a winter storm) and saved us from some cold and unhappy days.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and explained the everything clearly to us. I would recommend him to anyone. He was also was great with my daughter and dog😁
