Bdl has serviced my apartment probably 10 different times now, and they consistently start working and leave the building for days at a time without informing me or my landlord what has been fixed, what hasnt been, and when they will be back to finish the job. Multiple times when they have come by to "fix something" they leave their equipment in my apartment and do not return for the rest of the day.unfortunatley I am not responsible for their equipment so it does get left outside as they don't even inform me if they will be returning for it, or when. Very poor communication between workers and tenants. Had them come by previously to fix my heat, and they fixed it and didnt even inform me it was all set, so I had left my emergency heat on for 3 days, causing higher heating charges than usual, just due to a negligent staff . Communication, care, and basic respect are something this company is completely lacking. Terrible service and terrible workers. Would like to add on to this that I recently had the technician, adam, here working on my a/c unit changing my wires, and he somehow managed to drop something through the ceiling of my bathroom and break my ceiling tile in 4 pieces, dropping a wire through in the process. Could have been a dangerous situation had someone been using the bathroom at the time. Extremely unprofessional.

Very happy with tech quickly diagnosed problem and a repair solution, feel very comfortable with his professionalism and expertise.

Josh and his crew are outstanding! Customer Service is first rate. Put a new heating and A/C unit it. Very happy with the new unit. Efficient and I know I received great value after going through the process. I would highly recommend this company.

Eric and Jake were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Provided details to the issues I was having and also provided full specs on my AC unit. Was really please with the work and timely response of my request! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!!

Folks at BDL did an excellent job with the installation of Mitsubishi unit. Looking forward to more quality service from them.

Called for service on mini split heat system they looked at it said not use to service this type of system they could try to evac and recharge but no guarantee it would work but where really happy to look at it and charge me 125.00 for nothing couldn't even give a quote for evac why are you in business if you don't know what's in a residential house. All they wanted was to put another system in for big bucks 😒
