My wife found BDL on Facebook. I was looking to replace an awful Diakin mini split unit. I reached out to a few companies for quotes. BDL was pretty booked but last minute decided to fit me in. They had a decent quote and after reading all of their great reviews I went with them. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They came today on time and installed everything with no problems. They cleaned up after and explained the unit to me. I am going to use this company for all my HVAC maintenance. Top quality company

I had a miscue this morning around what type of service BDL would be providing for me. Once I received the invoice, I realized they performed the wrong service. Per my call to BDL, they quickly reached the field technician who did the work, offered a refund, and even gave me a referral to someone who could perform the service work I needed! This is a sign of a truly high quality company who greatly values their customer relationships!

Drew was informative and knowledgeable and quickly determined the issue and repaired the
System. The office staff are great to work with. I recommend supporting this local small
Business for all ybur HVAC needs.

Bottom line.... they take care of the customer first. There were backend issues that happened with parts the day of install. They could have rescheduled. They did not, the found a great solution that was beneficial for the customer first, not necessarily themselves.

The three man team was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They installed a heat pump and air handler at my residence quickly and cleaned everything up after.

I can see why this company does so well, customer first. I would highly recommend BDL for friends and family if they ask.

We used BDL for maintenance until needing a full HVAC system/HW heater replacement. We fielded several bids; BDL's was comprehensive, competitive, PLUS offered full Mass Save loan assistance. Josh was always responsive and thorough. The install team completed the job in less time than estimated, and walked us through using it. We will continue to use them to maintain our new system. This company is professional, knowledgable and very customer oriented. We highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the service I received. Brian was right on time. He found the problem immediately and fixed it . I had my air conditioning on within 15 mins.
I will not hesitate to call them again if I need work done. Last year I had a problem with my sunporch and again they were right there and found the problem.

We have had an outstanding experience in working with BDL. Josh, Chris, Andrew, Adam, Eric worked very efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, very knowledgeable of installing HVAC heat pump system, an issue was discovered and they found a solution, and answered all of my questions. Everyone’s efforts, politeness, respectfulness, being very attentive, warm smile made the process hassle free and absolutely amazing! The quality of work demonstrated, delivered is very valuable to us and we are extremely happy, satisfied with overall service and highly recommend BDL services to everyone! We will definitely use them again!

Mitchell and Nick did routine service on my HVAC. They were timely (showed up closer to the start of the window I was given) and were very knowledgeable and very kind. They were efficient, communicative, and good with my dog too!

I just had work completed at my home in Scituate. The process leading up to installation from Josh and Kendra was amazing. The installation was impeccable with Eric leading the Install, was perfect. Very, very happy from beginning to end. Great operation.

Have been using BDL since they were just getting started up. I have never had a complaint about anything. I have watched some of the techs from being high school apprentice to now teaching others. Love BDL
