I am not sure I could be any happier with the purchase of our HVAC system from BDL. I first met Brian the owner to get an estimate. Now, I am picky and super detail oriented so this took me a while to settle on a contractor. I wanted ducts installed from attic down to bedrooms to first floor via closets. I was afraid of contractor leaving and needing a carpenter to repair the holes in walls etc. Brian gave me a good sense that that wouldn’t be needed. So we agreed on the job and I was in contact with Josh at the home office. He ran the show from contract to install. He sent Andrew and Allen. If you like focus on details then these two are your guys! I explained to Andrew early on I am a details guy! Well I was glad to hear that he was confident in himself with this. Well he didn’t disappoint! He and Allen were clean, neat, and laser focused on a perfect install job! 10 days it took as this was a pretty large job. After they left AC was on and cooling entire house. If yah came in and walked around you’d never know they were here!! You’d think the system was installed when House was built!

We are just extremely happy with the professionalism shown by all we interacted with! Took a while for our mass saves rebate but Josh fought hard for us and stayed on top of them to get rebate processed! He’s such an asset to BDL and the install team was absolutely amazing in the professional work they did here.

I HIGHLY recommend BDL for any and all of your HVAC needs. If you do sign with BDL, ask for Andrew and Allen. You won’t be disappointed at all! You’ll end up as excited as I am for an absolutely amazing job!!

BDL replaced our entire heating and cooling system several years ago, which was a complicated job. We got multiple estimates from other companies and BDL was by far both the most reasonably priced as well as the company we felt was most knowledgable and competent. They did a fantastic job. They were extremely responsive to our needs, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job to our total satisfaction. Since then they have provided regular maintenance service for us and completed another small job. Whenever I need to call I always speak with someone directly (rather than having to leave messages on a machine). I greatly appreciate the personal service as well as their expertise and very quick response time. I highly recommend them!

BIG SHOUTOUT to BDL Heating and Cooling for coming to our house late Friday Night to correct a problem with our AC. It was working early in the day and ran out to for a couple of hours, came home and no AC. I know there were stacked up and all the Tech's were busy do repairs, but Josh managed to get someone to our house to correct the problem. The major concern is we have someone that has breathing issues especially with the hear and humidity and one of our pups has problems with the fireworks even with meds. So this was what do we do now. As it turns out we had a service to do some minor landscape work mostly weed removal and trim a few bushes and as the tech discovered, they cut the wire outside the house running to the AC. Fortunately it was an easy fix and we had our AC back. Again THANK YOU BDL Heating and Cooling!

Highly recommend BDL. We interviewed five other HVAC companies to replace our boiler, hot water heater, and install new air conditioning, and BDL were the best in terms of customer service/communication, products, warranties, professionalism/workmanship, cost, and more importantly peace of mind. Others fell short in at least one of these areas. We got to meet the entire team, from Brian, the owner, Andrew, the master plumber, Dan, the AC installer, and Josh, the director of operations, who put up with my constant questioning. When you install a system like this, you want to feel good about the company and the people behind it, because they’ll have your back for as long as you own the equipment, and for other work you may need. We definitely made the best choice with BDL.

Mitch and Nick were professional, prepared and were able to service / repair my AC unit quickly. The service was thorough, checking the external part as well as the unit in the basement. They were both really friendly and a pleasure to work with.

When we started having problems with our heating system BDL was referred to us. I called and they sent someone that day. To make a long story short we needed a new furnace. Saying they are Professional is an understatement. The owner Brian came to give us an estimate and explain the different products and costs. The estimate arrived in a timely manner and when I had questions, like 10 of them, I sent a detailed email, and every concern was addressed in detail. On installation day the workers arrived on time. They were courteous, clean and did everything we were ordered. If I had to buy a heating system everyday I'd go to BDL; they made it so pleasant. Warm Cool and Happy!

We have had an exceptionally positive experience in working with BDL for several years now. When renting our condo in Boston, and attempting to manage from afar, BDL served as our go-to company for multiple heating system service needs. Always prompt, courteous to our tenant and honest in their assessment and work. Now that we are living in our condo, we replaced the HVAC system and BDL gave us the best price, the entire team was extremely knowledgeable of the type of system needed (very small space), worked with our timetable, was professional, trustworthy, ethical and got the job done when they said they would. I can't recommend Josh and his team enough. You will not go wrong with this seasoned, experienced group of professionals.

We would highly recommend BDL for all home heating and cooling needs. Extremely informative throughout the process from proposal to completion. Work was exceptional. We replaced AC units, furnace and all Duct work and we are very pleased. Priced very fairly ! We dealt with Josh and he was excellent! Definitely consider BDL!

BDL was a pleasure to work with. I was using a mass save heat loan and they took care of all the paperwork. From start to finish they were very responsive and accommodating. The work itself is top notch and we are extremely happy with the end product of our Ductless mini split system. I’ve had many questions since the install as I’ve never had a ductless heat/ac system and all of them were answered immediately by their operations manager Josh. BDL will take care of all your heating/ac needs.

We have used BDL to repair and maintain our heating and cooling systems for years. They are a great company to work with. The technicians (especially Nick) are always on time, fast workers and thoroughly explain the maintenance or repair work necessary. Highly recommended.
