Techs were great--polite and professional. Customer service was responsive. They need to do a better job of communicating delays in the arrival of techs.

We had an instant hot water tank that stopped working and was pronounced dead by another plumber who wanted to replace it for over 7,000 dollars. Dempsey’s team was able to repair it for 300. They were professional and called on other resources within their company to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Need I say more.

Ron was great, explained everything he was doing in detail, very professional. Dempsey always gets someone out to me the same day. They get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent experience with Mike. Quiet, efficient, and knowledgeable. I purchased the wrong size bathroom faucet. He explained what I needed to buy for another visit. He did install the kitchen faucet with ease. I'm recommending them for my sister's home nearby. Thanks Mike and Dempsey!

I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews for this company. I called them yesterday because my furnace wasn't working, and they came out today and got it running. In fact they called me and said they had an earlier opening--very convenient! Tim, the tech they sent, was knowledgeable. He got the furnace working and then emailed us some estimates for preventative repairs that would reduce risk of furnace failing again in the near future. So here's the problem: Dempsey quoted me $682 for a replacement control board. I did my research and they retail at anywhere from $78 to $140. A bit overpriced??? Same for the flame sensor and inducer motor.

Called to have them come out and unclog a sink drain was charged to come out witch I understand and then was charged for a sink and tub unplug but the tec was only her 15 minutes and charged $578.36 plus the 99 dollar service charge. When I disputed the work that they did they stayed there is nothing they can do. Stated that's the charge for it and then explained that I should dispute the charges with my bank. Very sad to be treated this way very upsetting...

5 stars doesn't seem enough. I called on Wednesday in a panic, and they sent someone out within an hour. I had a quote an hour after that, and they were able to install my furnace Thursday. I know this is such a busy time for them, but they made me feel like a part of the family, like a priority. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dempsey Energy!

Was very pleased with Mike and his work. I now have Dempsey Energy on speed dial. I had called 5 plumbers to take care of my problem, 2 never called back and 3 said they couldn't do the job. Called Dempsey and a real person answered the phone and I was able to set up an appointment. Mike arrived on time and solved my problem.

Dempsey Energy is the best. Fast friendly service!!! Highly recommend

John and Joshua have both been great . Dempsey was assigned by our home warranty service . I appreciate that they schedule appointments in a timely manner and work to solve the issue even if not resolved the 1st visit .
