The technician refused to examine the condenser in the attic where the cooling coils are and the air handling fan. The issue was the fan was not working and probably the cooling coils needed cleaning. The technicians advice was to not use the A/C all the time. He did not:
1. Clean the coils as expected.
2. Check the coolant pressure in system.
3. Examine the air handling fan.
For this "work" Dempsey Energy charge us $193 plus a $99 booking fee.
What a rotten company!

I had a problem with my kitchen faucet not turning off and a running toilet. Dempsey showed up right on time and was able to fix both issues within 30 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about the sediment causing the sink problem. Because they fixed the issues so quickly they charged me a very fair price. I will use them again!

I woke up to frozen pipes and water gushing in my basement. I called the oil company and plumbers I have been a customer with for years. They told me they couldn't come out until next week. I certainly couldn't wait that long since the FD shut off my heat and I shut off the water main. I called a million places, no luck. Dempsey was my last call. I spoke to Nicole who was lovely and so great at her job. She was very persistent and got John Tucci to come out after 4PM the same day. He came later that evening, turned my heat back on, and said he would try to come tomorrow to fix the problem. The next day he came with his apprentice who is his son. He and his son Nick were very personable and nice. Because they took such great care of me and got everything fixed quickly I have switched to Dempsey Energy and left my former company. The response to me, was reassuring and that reassurance has made me a new customer! I am grateful!! Good people!

We just had an awesome experience with Dempsey Energy. From our initial call to our plumber Mike. When we called they sent Mike out within a hour. He diagnosed the problem and came up with the solution on the spot. He would've replaced our outside faucet right then if it wasn't for us being built on a slab. Our water line to the outside faucet goes behind our lazy susan so we wanted to empty that and get it ready. Mike came back and was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. We now have a plumber that we can trust and can recommend.

We had an awesome experience with Chris and everyone else at Dempsey. Our heat went out the first week in January, and they were able to come out same day. After being here all day trying to resolve the problem, it was clear that we needed to replace the tubing for the baseboard heating. Everyone was very easy to communicate with, and we will be using them for any future needs.

Dempsey called me a couple days prior to my scheduled appt to inform me they had an opening sooner which I jumped on. The 2 techs who arrived were very courteous and professional, installation of new water heater took them about 3 hrs. They also were nice enough to provide me with spillage tray in case of failure in the future. They maintained their masks during my conversations with them which was a relief to me. I plan on recommending them to anyone needing plumbing assistance in the future.

Nicksonite

One of their drivers aggressively tailgated me for over 3 miles and then cut me off in a school zone. Disgusting that they let people like that work for them, also maybe invest in technology to monitor your drivers, they’re clearly incompetent. Could care less what they provide but I would not recommend giving them business if this is how they let their employees behave.
