I had my AC service today. Very happy with the technician who came out very professional did a great job. Make sure everything was correct.

No instruction on how to use the remotes
No assistance with submitting warranty info
No no offer for continuing maintenance
No assistance with rebates
Damaged driveway with equipment never corrected
Did not cover to protect ~ 70' of copper lineset now deteriorating
Nobody ever available to talk to and always passes the buck
Never returns phone calls
LG equipment is very good but whole ordeal is too frustrating
Don't bother with them
Not reputable

Thank you to Ron who initially came to the condo to assess my loss of heat. I needed to install a new furnace to replace the 35 y/o furnace original to the condo. Thank you to Nicole who patiently walked me through the estimate, loan application and paper work. Thank you to David and Jerry who installed my new furnace today. No call, no showed me for an oil tank install quote. Was given a time frame by the receptionist, left work early to be there and not even a call to say they're running late or cancel the appointment. When I reached out, I got in touch with their answering service who confirmed the scheduled appointment and said they would be out. A shame really, since this is probably a several thousand-dollar job.

This is the second time that I’ve had Dempsey come out (for two separate jobs) and am totally impressed with the way they conduct their business.

From the customer service reps who were friendly, accessible and did follow through when I had an issue to the technicians who were courteous, more than competent, and helpful when I needed a lot of things explained to me.

Would definitely do business with them again, and recommend them highly to others.

As a Realtor I was in a time crunch needing to respond asap from a home inspection. From the minute I talked to Nicole where she set me up with a speedy appointment, I knew I was in good hands.
Tim came out and could not have been more professional and just plain nice! He found the issue quickly and offered a few ways to remedy. I got the estimate the very same day.

I'll definitely be calling Dempsey Energy for any future needs. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. They were also far cheaper than any other estimate I got. I highly recommend.

Had Dempsey come out to fix our HVAC issue - they charged us $300 to diagnose the problem and did not fix anything. I called because I had not received an invoice and to see what was done while the tech was even here. The rep Nicole who I spoke with was not helpful, extremely rude to the point that she was talking over me and raising her voice. I’ve never had customer service hang up on me! Your job is literally to answer my questions as a customer. Worst customer service and would never use them or recommend them!!!

We had Dempsey Energy come out to replace our toilet, today, 8/23/22. The first visit to check what we needed back in May was great. Very, very friendly people. Then we had different people, to come and replace toilet. They were also so kind and did a great job. They worked really hard! We had Mike and assistant came out first time and Garett and his assistant for install. Great friendly people. Crystal helped make our appointments and was very friendly, as well. Highly recommend Dempsey.

I purchased two wall air conditioners to replace two very old units that were not standard size two years ago. I couldn't find anyone willing to do the work because there was some carpentry involved... until I called Dempsey Energy. While it is not a service they usually perform, they saw the situation I was in and wanted to help.

I had someone out to my house and giving me an estimate on the same day I called. They completed the work two days later and did a great job. They far exceeded my expectations in every way; customer service, timeliness, craftsmanship, price, cleanliness, friendliness and finished product.

I'll be calling Dempsey for all of my energy needs going forward and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new energy solution or service on an existing one. I can't say enough good about them.
