Chris and Brad were an awesome team. For the AHS spring check up, they went above and beyond to make sure my AC was working correctly. They also explained the various components which was super educational!

Dempsey was responsive and kind, but this is their second time coming out to my property within 6 weeks. The first time, they did not replace the coolant tank, even though it was close to empty. By not replacing the tank, they needed to come out again with additional charge. I wish they had replaced the container the first time, saving me time, energy, and aggravation.

I needed my A/C repaired. After calling many service companies without any luck I called Dempsey Energy. From the initial contact with the office to job finished it took less than 24 hours.. I can't thank Ron enough . He knew what the problem was and had the part on the truck, he showed me how to change the filter and cleaned up after he was done. Thank you Ron and Dempsey Energy!

Cris at Dempsey Energy was excellent and resolved my issue. The whole team at Dempsey was great to work with. They answered my call quickly and I even spoke with someone live when i called!!! They were able to schedule me for same day service to resolve a no heat issue.

I received a text and an email when Cris was on his way. Cris took the time to explain what he was seeing and thoroughly triaged my Burnham boiler. He found the issue quickly and was able to resolve it.

December 13, 2021 our old gas furnace was not working.
I was serviced by Tim Sanson and he did a GREAT job.
He knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
I also appreciate the time he took to explain the problem.

My 1st experience with Dempsey and it was a good one.
I would recommend them.

Called at 8 am for a leaking Navient Heatless tank system...within 2 hours a technician was here. Reliable, knowledgeable. Fixed the issue in 30 minutes...explained pricing before committing. I'm very happy with the service and the Plumber. Will use them going forward.

We had a wonderful experience with the services of Dempsey Energy , performed by Joshua Castro on Feb. 16, 2022. We had a heating emergency, where our furnace wasn't heating and we were able to get an appointment with Dempsey Energy quickly. Joshua Castro came right on time and was very efficient and capable in diagnosing and fixing our problem. We recommend Joshua and Dempsey Energy most highly.
