This was our second time using Good Guys. We went with them to help us with our big project of adding a second floor and doing all the duct work as well as installing a new furnace and air conditioner. Craig was very friendly, responsive, and communicative during the whole process. We are very happy with the service we received and will continue to use them with our needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling services.

We woke up to no heat this morning and the thermostat dropped down to 64 degrees inside. I scheduled an emergency service call and Matt from Good Guys responded within 15 minutes to setup a time to come out. Matt arrived that same morning and on-time as promised. He diagnosed the issue, performed a tune-up and explained what the problem was (restricted air flow from the air filter caused by a home humidifier. fyi - use distilled water in the ones you place in bedrooms when people are sick). He completed the work quickly and the price of service was fair (even included a discount). Thank you Good Guys!

Even though the cost they quoted us over the phone was almost double a competitor we chose to use them as they could come "the next day." Our appt was 8-11, then 4, then after 5 someone finally called us back and said it would be several hours. SLater on they bumped us to the next day. We canceled as the whole thing but "schedule your appointment" online is just a scam to get you in their system. BEWARE!

We can’t think Matt Parsons and Good Guys enough for finally fixing our furnace after it broke the Thursday before Christmas. We have a service contract with another HVAC company who installed our furnace, but that company wouldn’t even answer their phone until today. We spent 5 days without heat on our first floor during the coldest days of the year and not one person from the other company would even acknowledge our situation or give us an idea of when they could send a service technician. Matt stayed in contact with us frequently once we started working with him and let us know what part he was waiting on and when he could be here. He had the furnace working within 15 minutes of getting to our house. Thanks so much to Matt and Good Guys for taking care of our HVAC needs at the worst possible time!

Danny Glaze did an awesome job for us. He diagnosed and corrected several installation mistakes made by another company. He is polite, timely, communicates well and very knowledgeable. He will be our HVAC technician from here on out.
