Good guys have replaced both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems that were over 16 years old. They do a great job, friendly, fairly priced and always responsive above and beyond anybody if concerns or issues arise. Great company.

Good Guys Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the most responsive businesses I've ever worked with. They have been analyzing the performance of my system and offering incredibly professional advice. I trust their honesty and would feel comfortable with following any advice they offer.

My technician Mark called ahead and gave me plenty of motive before her arrived. He quickly figured out the issue with my HVAC system and wasn't able to fix it that day but scheduled an appointment for only 2 days later. Was very knowledgeable and informative about the issue and was very transparent about price. The price was also very reasonable in my mind. Also making the original appointment and paying was super easy with the app. Super happy I used Good Guys!

Our AC stopped working today. After receiving a ridiculously outrageous estimate for our AC repair from another company we decided to search for another estimate. So thankful we found Brian at the GoodGuys. Professional, thorough, honest, and reasonably priced. He will be the only person who ever works on our HVAC system again.

I started out with Johnnie back in 2017 when he came out on a service call for me and I have used Good Guys since. My nephew is a tech in HVAC and I do not use him or ask him for help. I would rather have Good Guys take care of me. What does that tell you? Craig Copeland has been taking care of for the last year or so and he is the best! he explains all the procedures and processes and he would never upsell me or ask me to buy something I don't need.

Great Customer Service! Good Guys was recommended to us by a friend and was not disappointed. Called in to have our furnace looked at and he came out that following day. He gave us information on what was needed, fixed the issue and gave us advice. We will be needing a new furnace in the near future and definitely will be returning to Good Guys for this purchase.

Billy Edwards installed a new coil in our A/C unit. He was on time, very professional and explained the entire process to me and a fair price. Highly recommend Billy at Good Guys.

Tyler and his crew at Good Guys are awesome! Heat went out and they came out within a couple hours. They are real, honest and not up-sellers. They tell you exactly what you need without trying to up-sell you on things you don’t need. I’ve worked with Tyler for a few years and he’s been amazing with knowledge and prompt service. Highly recommend Good Guys!

Josh was very thorough and systematic in investigating and determining the root cause of our furnace problem. I got it back working in a short time and made sure we were satisfied. The price was very reasonable and they were great to work with and they were able to come at our convenience. I wouldn't hesitate to call Good Guys again, if they were needed!
