I'm so impressed with Appel. I called this morning with an ac issue and it's already been fixed (it's not even noon). My service technician Dan was polite, professional, and fully explained the issue that needed repaired. Pricing was fair and quality was good. I'll definitely use Appel again.

I can not rave enough about this company! We used them for a new install in a newly purchased home. Not only was their estimate competitive, they were flexible and accommodating in meeting our desired timeframes. I obtained five different presentations / estimates for a new furnace / AC install from area companies. Scott Appel, the owner for Appel Heating and AC, personally gave the product presentation. He was professional and thorough and did not pressure me to buy. He answered all my questions and provided a competitive estimate and after comparing that to others I agreed to purchase from his company. His team arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally to complete the job, answered my questions as they worked, and cleaned up afterward. We just moved into the house a couple weeks ago. On a Monday morning there was no heat. Appel had a phone number attached so we called. Within an hour Seth showed up. He was very thorough and walked us through the process of what he was doing and why. It was quite the warranted education and much appreciated. After an hour we were up and running. We liked the experience so much we chose to sign up for a maintenance program. It was a win all around. Highly recommended.

Bad experience with Appel , so I had to use another company. The previous home owner got a transferable warranty to me, but they don’t help to fix their poor quality HVAC !! Careful !!!
