Precision Comfort Systems

I have been using Precision Comfort Systems for at least 18 years. They installed and service my radiant heating system, which is a complex piece of equipment. I have enjoyed the relationship and always know I am being taken care of.

I was told by another heating and cooling company during an annual inspection that my 10-year-old furnace was shot and that using my warranty was a waste of money because other parts would quickly go bad. I called Precision and they sent somebody out the next day to inspect and told me that nothing was wrong with my furnace, and that I have years of use left. I'm glad I now have a company I can trust to service my heating and cooling system.

Our furnace died in the evening on December 23rd, I called 16 companies to come and fix my furnace and NO ONE CAME EXCEPT Precision Comfort Systems.

I am not a member with them but they still came to help us to get our furnace working. Issac was professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and gave us tips on what type of filter we should use to get the best outcome and do not have further issues.

Thank you Issac and PCS for coming to our rescue while weather was -10 degrees outside.

Our Heat stopped working on December 23rd, we learned it is done working on the 24th - Christmas Eve - NO ONE wanted to come out and help us & fix it, the ONLY place that accepted to come to see us, SAME DAY, was Precision Comfort Systems(PCS). They were on time and Saved us BIGTIME! I was NOT a current customer for PCS at the time, but he did not hesitate and came and helped. Additionally, they were super honest, they told us the issue is from our thick filters and did not make up imaginary issues to upsell or charge us unnecessarily. I am a loyal customer for life! They have installed and serviced all of our HVAC, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Precision installed a new 3 ton Trane heat pump, all-electric system in our Sheridan home over the course of 3.5 days. They were recommended to us by a HVAC competitor from Fishers, which says a lot.
