They had to fix an issue that our previous company did incorrectly and the unit is so much quieter! The new install is far more professional than our previous one! The customer service is top notch!!
I am impressed with management of this company. We’ve had techs out for maintenance twice and have been pleased with their service and willingness to answer questions. Then, I had questions about interior air quality in my home, and Dan spent 50 minutes on the phone reviewing our home’s condition, my concerns, and the science of humidity. Instead of selling me a high priced system to “solve” my concern, he gave me education, a course of action for further investigation, and options to accomplish our goal- both to purchase through the company and recommendations for purchase options on my own. I will continue to use this company for certain!

Had an issue with a blown capacitor on an AC unit when it was very hot outside. They were out in an hour, on a weekend, at 7:00 pm, and replaced it so we could stay cool. Techs are always pleasant and represent the company well!

We had a geothermal unit installed and have inspections twice yearly for past 7 yrs and they are generally prompt, courteous, and will even replace the filter during inspection if you have a new one there, even though I didn't buy the filter from them.

Our furnace went out around 2am Sunday morning. I left a message for Precision Comfort Systems around 8am, got a call back in less than an hour, and a service call from Ryan a couple hours later. Fortunately a new capacitor fixed the problem, and we were warming back up by noon.
Called for service when my heat went out and my geothermal was on emergency heat. I was told it was my wall thermostat and my air conditioning was going to need a $2600 repair come spring. They replaced my thermostat and I started saving for the repair. My unit was never taken off of emergency heat and my electric bill was 4x my normal bill for months. When I finally had the money saved for the air conditioner to be repaired I was told everything was under manufacturers warranty except the service call and a miscellaneous fee. So after paying Duke hundreds of extra dollars every month all I get from Precision Comfort was maybe I should have asked for another service guy. Really? So I could be charged another service fee or upsold another thermostat I didn't need? How about this.......hire good employees. They have sent a different repair person every time. Plus they left my air filter on the floor every time and never put it back in my unit after service.
