Great company. Everyone is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Installed my geo unit 15 years ago, and have kept it humming along ever since.

I had an apt.between 4 and 6. They called me at 11 for an early apt. for which I couldn’t make. I got a call at 3:45 and said i would right there. I got there at 4 and waited till 5:30. I called Precision and they said the tech waited from 3:45 to 4:30. I understand problems with apts. I just don’t like being lied to.

Showed up on time, thoroughly explained the process and walked me through what was going on. Completed project and provided an explanation of what to expect during the coming weeks and months. I would not hesitate to recommend these experts. - Chris M

Very pleased with service technician Ryan. Always very thorough and attentive. He caught an issue with the Geo System that will be needing a repair.
