I use PCS routinely for maintenance services for all HVAC components. We also used them to replace our old system for heating and air conditioning which was 16 years old. All staff are professional and take time to explain any necessary steps that need to be taken. Service is timely and the system installed is a significant improvement in efficiency and cost savings.

No pushy sales and no cheesy limited time offers. They already beat the other quotes I received without all of the gimmicks some of the other companies use. Installers were very friendly and professional. I've already recommended them many times based on my very positive experience.

We have used Precision Comfort for close to 10 years and are very satisfied with their service. They have fixed a problem with the duct work which was installed by another company when we had our home built. After being in the house for a year we realized the other company didn't know how to properly install our zoned system. During the ten years they have replaced our heatpump. They have also removed a 2 foot long bird's nest from the vent pipe leading to the outside of our house. The first guy checked the system and all was working fine but couldn't figure out why the furnace was shutting down. A second guy came and putting their heads together decided to dismantle the flu pipe with each working at different ends until they came to, unbeknownst to them, a birds nest buried deep in the vent. They could have left us hanging on a cold November Saturday but they didn't. In all visits to our home, they have been polite, follow COVID precautions, wear shoe coverings inside our home, and leave their work area clean. Communications have also been good in regards to who is answering service calls and times of arrival. We will continue to hire Precision Comfort not out of loyalty but due to good service.

I used Precision to install heating & cooling system when house was built 20 yrs ago. They have maintained it ever since including replacing the heater/A/C just last year. They have been great & cost effective all along the way! I recommend them.

My husband was in hospice care and very ill when we had to have our furnace fixed. It was also during the pandemic.. The service techs were so respectful and helpful about fixing with minimal disruption to my husband. We have used precision comfort for many years and would not think of going elsewhere. Topnotch service!!!!

Precision Comfort Systems did a great job on replacing our broken air conditioning unit. They only cut away a minimal of our mature bushes in order to install the AC unit and also improved the condensed water drain line over the original installation. All work very professional. Thomas did a great job on estimate and installers were fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Comfort systems for your HVAC work

We called Precision for an estimate on a new heat pump system. They came highly recommended from a friend. We had already gotten an estimate from another company who brought us quotes on 3 different systems. Precision came in and after looking at everything, told us what they recommended and why. Paul pulled out two pamphlets and showed me all the options and why he believed it was best for us. He recommended one unit, much like the one they were replacing. What I did notice, the other company recommended a unit that was not powerful enough, and the two highest end units, which were more than we needed. Everything extra they recommended, Paul explained why we didn’t need it. Precision had no idea what the other company recommended or the cost. All in all, Precision saved us over $10,000, were on time, pleasant to work with, and our house is once again warm. I would highly recommend Precision.

Precision Comfort Systems is by far the best HVAC Company I have ever seen. From Installation to service they are prompt, professional and very detailed. I highly recommend them to anyone for service, replacement, installation or any other HVAC needs.
