The two techs I've worked with so far, Eric and Jason, have been great. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They explain things well, offer suggestions, and make service a priority over selling products. Helped me maintain my (~20 year old) original system as long as I could before helping me replace heat pump and furnace. These really are "good guys" to have working on your heating or cooling.

My air conditioner stopped working in mid June. I called Good guys and they had Matt out here that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional. Explained everything as he went as well as offered recommendations on how to prolong the life of my air conditioner. He was able to fix the problem and get my air conditioner running better than before. I highly recommend Good Guys and especially Matt! Will definitely use them again

Was very happy with Good Guys for our new furnace and air conditioner install. They came out same day for a quote. Brandon helped us get a system that fit our needs at a good price without a pushy sales pitch. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. A plus to me was that the person quoting the job was part of the installation team. The system was installed very quickly as promised and installers were friendly and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting quality work at a great price.

My AC unit went out recently, and the Good Guys got a tech out here ASAP to assess the situation, and provide a diagnostic evaluation. They were quick and speedy, followed up, and didn’t try to tell me that more was wrong than actually was, saving me thousands compared to what another company would have charged. I trust in this company, and really appreciate their fast response in the hot days of summer. Definitely will never go to anyone else! Thanks, Good Guys!

I have used Good Guys services almost since Johnny started his business. The church needed the air conditioner serviced. Johnny’s uncle heard us talking and recommended Good Guys. We were very satisfied with the swift service and excellent quality of workmanship and professionalism. They replaced our outside unit and put in some ductwork They have recently replaced the thermostat. I have used them for my home services also. I replaced my furnace and added central air. I have recommended them to others. I won’t use any other services.

First time to use Good Guys HVAC and highly recommend. Scott Anthony was very likeable and explained what needed to be done very well, called about our warranty and got us scheduled for the following week. Scott and his brother did a great job with installing our new furnace unit and didn't take long at all. Two very likeable guys!

Aaron fixed my AC unit quickly. He is professional and courteous. Good Guys is very responsive whenever there is an issue with your HVAC systems. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner went out late on a Friday afternoon. Figures. I looked at a ton of reviews and decided to try Good Guys. My unit was fried and I needed a whole new HVAC system including A/C, a heat pump, and emergency heat.

Bryan came out on a Saturday to assess the situation and give me some options. He even tried to get warranty coverage for my old unit. No cigar.

I decided to go with a whole new 3 ton system. They got the units and installed them on Tuesday for great turn-around time. The installation was beautiful. Bryan and his partner take real pride in their work and it really showed. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Shane Anthony did an excellent and fast job for us. AC went out on a Saturday and he had the new unit in and running by Wednesday. I would certainly recommend Good Guys!

Our service provider was Billy Edwards. He was amazing! He deserves all the usual adjectives: Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, etc - but he was even more than that. His personality and “people skills” are what sets him above the others. Thank you Billy for your expertise and guidance. Also: The app is awesome. Easy scheduling / with a 2-hour window (not all day like some). Immediate response (thank you, Billy). Notification when they’re on the way along with expected arrival time (nice!). Arrive On-time. 5-STAR!
