Josh was terrific to work with! He came out on the day I reached out for the quote. Was wonderful to work and laugh with. When he and Jason came out to install our split unit in our sunroom. It was quick, clean and well done... Now, that room and my house is SO much MORE warmer.. I don't miss that chilly air I would feel in my home. So, glad we used Good Guys, and met Josh and Jason. I will be using them again in the future for maintenance and whatever else I need that they can work on. Thank you Good Guys!

We had a water line break during the Christmas storms. I booked an appointment through the app, and was assigned to Jon Brown who came out the very next day. He was amazing!! Fixed the breaks, and analyzed the damage done to our water heater and softener and gave us recommendations for new equipment. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions. He gave us his honest opinions on necessary repairs and things to consider.
We've used many other plumbing services over the years, and Jon is the best! We are Good Guys customers for life, and I will recommend them to everyone!

Todd, as usual, was on time and very professional. Checked out the system and everything checked out great. I purchased a new HVAC a year ago. This new system has saved me $$ while my neighbors have increased. I'm saving close to $40/month with this new system.

My technician was Aaron. He installed my furnace, air conditioner and a new thermostat. He was prompt, professional and quick. He kept me updated on his progress. I will defiantly keep using him.

We had Tekhne Good Guy Jason Smalley come out for the Good Guys A/C tune up special. He found a burned wire on a failing capacitor that was 8 years old and at the end of its life. He replaced the capacitor and wire, and saved us from an emergency call when the unit would have undoubtedly failed at the peak of the cooling season. Thank you Jason Smalley and Tekhne Good Guys!!

We have used Good Guys several times (HVAC repair and maintenance, humidifier installation, leaky pipe repair, etc.) and have always been happy with the quality and cost of service.

Josh Maves is a super intelligent, polite young man who knows his stuff and is very through and prompt and kind. He has a ton of experience and wants to please the customer. Highly recommend this company but specifically Mr. Maves as his work is spectacular.
