Service was EXCELLENT! The technician not only fixed the issue but made me aware of the fact that there were several underlying conditions that need immediate attention ( just bought a new house and these issues were covered up). Now getting a new furnace / AC

Sean was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very professional and personable. He explained what really needed replaced to maintain my furnace, replaced the part, did a tune up and saved me a lot of heartache and expense. I definitely recommend Good Guys!

I am currently using the HVAC service of the company that installed my unit. However, after having questionable service and response. I called Good Guys. Sebastian Cosio, arrived as my service tech from Good Guys. Sebastian listen to my issue tested my HVAC system and took care of the problem. At each step he explained his findings and how the system should be responding. I can't say enough about Sebastian's knowledge and his willingness to explain his findings to me. I was very happy with my service from Good Guys and would recommend their service.

These guys have impressed me at every encounter. They are bright, enthused and passionate about HVAC. Thanks for doing a great installation and follow up. And, I must mention Jon Brown. Jon is a plumber and made quick work of a mysterious water leak. Thanks Jon and Tyler Jacob for the great service.

I was without heat for about 24 hours in temperatures in the teens. I called and left a message asking for service. Matt was very responsive and text me to touch base within 10 minutes of my call. The service was professional and I did not feel pressured into anything. I did end up needing a new furnace and Matt made it happen the very next morning so that my family was warm. App was super easy to use. I was able to select the date and time that worked for me. Received electronic notices to confirm appt and when Billy was on his way. Super professional and knowledgeable. They really are The Good Guys!

Every time I called Billy Edwards, he picks up the phone and help me diagnose the issue over the phone before coming. Billy always manages to be at my house less than an hour later. Once on a Friday evening and another time on a Saturday morning. Kudos to Billy for an exceptional quality service where both times he gave us A/C back in the house. Thank you Billy.

We had a broken part on our heater. The response to our call was super quick. The issue was very quickly diagnosed and clearly explained. They were able to get the part needed and fix it the very next day. Would definitely recommend Good Guys.

We are in the process of selling our home and another HVAC company had come out to do a complimentary 6 month maintenance check only to write up a report stating we need a new AC unit and should get a new furnace as well. Our realtor recommended Jason from Good Guys to come out for a 2nd opinion. Jason was professional, understanding to the chaos of having small and inquisitive children in my home and thorough in his work. He assured us that we only need 1 part replaced on our AC unit not an entire new unit and that our furnace was in excellent condition. We were so relieved to hear this news since we are not trying to put tons of money into the house before putting it on the market. Jason explained all costs to do the necessary repairs and we agreed to have him come back out next week to complete the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
