We have used Bedell plumbing services for years. They have always been very timely and professional and the work is always excellent. Recently, we had a major issue with our rental property. Bedell responded quickly and offered two assessments from two of their plumbers before proceeding. Rachel was great! She explained the issue and how it could be repaired and laid out what we should expect. Thomas was always quick to return calls regarding the project as well. Great customer service.

Alex arrived promptly or notified me when he would be late. His explanations were clear and concise, and he answered my questions completely.
After repair, Alex cleaned up the area and removed debris.
My experience with Alex and Bedell was very pleasant and reassuring.

I had made an appointment with Bedell
to check my air conditioner. I was given a new date when I had a conflict. Scheduling went very well.
On the day of service, I called to ask approximate time. The company called to give me the time.
Best of all, as Chester arrived he began by stating what he would do and got to work.
No one has ever helped me wisely understand my Heating/ AC system.
The brand new AC system had a leak.
This was assessed and corrected.
As a consumer I have confidence that Bedell Home Services will help me extend the life of my furnace/ AC system and that I can call the company for anything that might come up.

After our main sewer drain broke (clay pipe), a different company attempted a repair, and was unsuccessful. With a neighbor’s recommendation, we contacted Bedell, who came out next day and correctly identified the issue. Ultimately, we replaced the drain pipe. The Bedell team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the process. Not a fun home repair to have to endure, but we appreciated the quality of service provided by the Bedell team.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Did what they needed in the least obtrusive way. Provided video evidence of the sewer scope right on the spot. Reasonable price too! About $250 I think.

I've utilized Bedell Plumbing Heating & Cooling for over 10 years. This year they installed a new furnace & AC unit as well as a tankless water heater, and serviced my sump pumps and repaired a faucet leak. Their prices are mid-ranged and well worth the money for the skilled service, and advice, that they have provided me over the years. I highly recommend their services.

I had a different service provider come out to do annual maintenance / tune up on my furnace. They told me I needed to completely replace my HVAC/Furnace system, told me it was unsafe to run my furnace and were going to charge me $16,000 (i was told there were no other options).

I called Bedell for a 2nd opinion. They moved their schedule around to get me on the books first thing the next morning. The technician came out and looked at my furnace, explaining that everything was absolutely fine. He completed a tune up for $50. I appreciate the honesty that I didn't get from the other provider.

David is amazing. He came out on 2 separate occasions. The first time he came out and checked our washer/dryer spigots because we had a leak. He gave us some helpful tips and advised that these things just wear out over time. He then gave us two options : (1) replace the spigots for shiny new ones or (2) replace the entire box area and have a cosmetic lift. We chose the first because who needs a cosmetic lift behind the washer ? Not us. He said no too. We appreciate his candor. Secondly, he came out today and gave this girl all the education on turning the water supply on and off in and outside the house with more than 1 location. I asked for a drawing and I may have caused him to lose his faith in working-class-female-non-plumbers so I made sure to write it down verbatim for future use. I am a smart person and I can learn hard things. David, you are the bomb diggity.

We just went through the sub-zero temperatures and part of our sump pump line froze. I called Bedell Plumbing and made an appointment and they came out quickly. I thought I'd have to wait with so much demand with peoples broken water line emergencies. The plumber came out and fixed the frozen line. I have used Bedell for over 20 years when I've had plumbing work done and never had a problem.
