I think that Bedell plumbing is awesome!We have been customers approximately 4years or so.We have never had a bad experience at any time,they have always been amazing!!Recently John came to our house to fix an issue.He was absolutely amazing,very sweet and kind. He made sure the issue was fixed well.Jay has also been amazing over the years,always making sure we had an appointment when we needed it.Couldnt imagine having any other company for our plumbing needs!!

I had called two other HVAC companies before I had the sense to call Bedell. Eric from Bedell was amazing and I will only use him for all my HVAC needs. The other two companies gave me outrageous quotes and neither of their quotes matched, they both said we had different issues with the HVAC. They also could not get the unit running and said it would be several days to repair and we would be better of with a new unit. Eric was able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling Bedell and had the system running and repaired in no time, and for a fraction of the cost and without having to purchase a new unit! We are so appreciative of his knowledge and honesty - he has gained our loyalty and trust and we are looking forward to working with him for many years to come!

I had a Great experience with Bedell Plumbing! Woke up on a Friday morning to find my water heater busted leaking all over the garage. Called Bedell as well as the company that replaced my mothers water heater. Bedell was friendly and very helpful explaining my options in laymans terms. Their price was HALF of the other company! Water softener stopped working. they came out took all the salt away, didn't troubleshoot any thing. didn't fix it. Would not honor the warranty. This never happened when the Bedells owned the company!

We live in one of the last places in Indy to get hooked up to the city sewer, which is good because our septic was beginning to give us trouble. In the early spring they snaked our main lines to remove roots, and then installed our sewer hookup after we received permission from the City to do so.

In my former job I used Bedell renovate the plumbing in two commercial buildings, and have used them at my personal residence several times as well. I've not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. They've always been on time and courteous.

Amazing crew. Detailed information and completed work in the crawl and the installation of an exterior sewer clean out. Also jetted the line to the street and ran a camera through the line to make sure that it was clear. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Work completed was done well. Service was prompt. One issue: instead of using a step ladder or stool in the basement to reach the repair, the plumber stood on our shelving units and crushed one of them.
