I've used Bedell for many years now, and for many plumbing issues in my old home. This was Rachel's second visit. She's always prompt, communicative, personable and does a great job. She even offered to put all the cleaners and stuff I had under the sink back into place. It was, as always, a good experience.

Bedell services handled my water pipe issue and have done a great job in fixing it. They are very responsive, on time and very detailed on the job. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues or any other services they offer.

Bedell quickly replied to my inquiry regarding the replacement of my old, leaky water heater. A few minutes on the phone with Art going over my needs and their recommendations was all that was needed to get a price quote and to schedule the work. Their price was much more reasonable that a local competitor that I contacted first.
Bedell’s technician, Jerome, came right on time and he did a great job! Explained what he was going to do, did the job well, and left the area in our basement clean. Three days later and things are working perfectly!

Plumber, Rachel, showed up on time and was straight to work on figuring out how to replace the outside dripping faucet. Older house so she had to get into the crawl space accessed from the basement to get to the pipe, cut it, replace it with pex (with extra length to make any future repairs easier). While working on it she noticed lint in the crawl space from the dryer and checked that it was old debris from before I replaced the venting. She went above and beyond what I expected, explained everything, gave me additional thoughts on plumbing work that I brought up. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and cleaned up completely. Very impressed.

Excellent service! Cleaned out our main line and only charged us for the service. Not like the big chain names that charge you an arm and a leg just for coming out to see what the issue is. Same day service and came on time. Highly recommend!

These guys are solid: each one genuinely cares about the quality of their work, they aim for an actual solution not a bandaid, and they're friendly and professional. A new sewer and water line done quickly and right. Highly recommended.

I've used Bedell a couple of times and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Most recently they cleared a floor drain in my basement. Showed up on time and fixed the issue with no problems.
They are always professional, courteous, and honest. I'll continue to call them for all of our needs.

My job was kind of semi-emergency and the manager at bedell plumbing got me an appointment quickly. Chris showed up promptly,. Assess the situation,. I knew what was going to be a difficult job, but he reassured me that he would get it done. I liked his positive attitude and the fact that he was up for the challenge. Chris got the job done and now I can enjoy a leisurely bath or shower
